“I've had wonderful experiences at this post office the past few years, the employees are always so helpful and friendly and have assisted me in sending some really complicated and kind of silly international packages. Recently, a package was sort of lost/stuck somewhere in the USPS network and instead of waiting on hold for hours trying to figure out what was going on, I headed down to my friendly neighborhood post office and they were familiar with the issue and took action right away!
