After 10 years of banking here I closed my accounts today. This credit union was once community minded with great relationships and customer service. Now management come from a banking background and have more fees than many banks. In fact I am leaving to go to a bank that has less fees!

Great staff, but their check-hold policies make the bank functionally useless. Do yourself a favor, and go with a larger bank that doesn't have to put 10 day holds on checks.

Problem with ATM and nobody to contact after 5, no 24hr number. Time to change banks, this place is horrible to do your banking.
