Hate to leave a bad review since I haven't had complaints in the past with this place. Got charged way too much in my opinion for basic maintenance. Definitely going to be looking around next time I need my car worked on

Took my car in for a crank no start issue. They took me in right away and had it fixed in 3 days time. Their customer service is excellent and they’re greatly fair on pricing. They were great with keeping in contact with me throughout the process. I gave them a bit more than what they initially charged me due to the simplicity of the job and their willingness to do the work, especially during the holiday week. Overall, fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend.

Unbelievable ripoff...and this isn't my style at all...to write such a horrendous review. I went in for an oil change, transmission fluid change, and tire rotation. I provided all the oil/filter/fluids/and new nut/sealer....and in fact more product than is required for each changeout...which I'm sure was added to their inventory. The only factor to consider was labor @ $125/hr. The truck wasn't on the lift or in the shop for more than 1 1/4 hrs...and I was charged $300.... that's THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS... Beyond unreasonable!!! There would be absolutely no reason to return to this establishment for any further...ahhhhh... "service"...The one star was required to write a review. After returning home and considering this ripoff, I called the shop to voice my disapproval to which I heard..."yes"..."yes"...and "yes"... If you consider "yes".. customer satisfaction...roll it on in. I have no issue paying prevailing labor standards for decent labor..."it is what it is"...I just don't appreciate being charged more than TWICE the actual labor time spent servicing the vehicle. In addition...I wasn't looking for a "discount" from any of the services...as there were no "parts" to consider...all there was ...was labor!!! What a lame response from the owner!

Well I would not recommend going here. A complete misleading rip off. $176.00 for an oil change and to change out a cabin filter. Which I asked how much to get one. Almost $80.00 in labor cost when it took 18 minutes from the time it was pulled in. Thanks for the misleading overcharged business.

Was not impressed made an appointment the week before.! Went their day off they gave us a look like we were a problem.! Very unsociable.! Not to mention we left our vechile their for 4 and half hours just tell her we couldn’t help u with anything I’m sure they have the right equipment sounds like laziness to me .!

I totally forgot to leave a comment on here on the service I received a couple years ago on my cadillac DTS. I only remembered because I was referring a family friend today to use this place.
The pricing was more than fair and the shop was fantastic to work with. Unfortunately I had to part ways with the Cadillac but once my current vehicle warranty is up, Danielson auto will be where my vehicle goes!

If your a female stay away from this shop. They see a female coming in and they will screw you. Went there at the beginning of the year they said my O2 sensor was gone they replaced that I asked for a smoke test to be done they should have did it That's when they replace the O2 sensor I get the car back the next day and it's doing the samey thing then it was a different sensor so they replaced that then I take it to East Killingly auto mechanics they did the smoke test and found out what was wrong that Danielson automotive should have picked upbut nope they seen a woman coming in so I rate them a big fat zero

I had an emergency with my transmission and am not from around here. They took my car no problem, fixed the issue quickly, and were incredibly professional with a very stressed and flustered customer. Highly recommend, especially to young women who may feel like shops will take advantage of you. These guys won't, you're in good hands here!

Went there with a flat tire .I was parked in the Variety store lot .Walked in and asked if someone could change or fix my tire .Both men were NOT very enthusiastic.After a few minutes it was off and the spare tire donut was on .They charged me $125.00 to change a flat .They are rip offs !! Stay away

Love Danielson Auto! And the word is out!!!It's harder and harder to get those quick appointments. But the work is top notch and the price is soooo much better than the dealership.Folks are friendly. Atmosphere is casual.I've never felt talked down to or disrespected because I was a woman. That's big!!! So many mechanics think that anyone with xx chromosomes cannot understand the basic automotive estimate and what's happening with a car.Being treated with dignity and respect goes a long way!
