The rental of my 5 × 10 online was so simple a child could have done it. Staff is very helpful with finding unit and very courteous. Property could use some help, but it is fairly secure and really convenient to my location. Will rent from here again if I have the need to. 🙂

Price increase every few months and then forcing people to get insurance on units is a little bit more then a lot of people can afford these days.

New ownership. Still have not received a call back after leaving several messages. New owners added many fees and mandatory insurance for tenants. My $85 bill seems to have jumped to $150 effective January 1. I'm cleaning out my unit. Cant even seem to get ahold of the "New management" despite using all the phone numbers they provided.

This place is always full and say they have no clue when a unit will become available when you call them. And tell you to "call back and check again another time." If you can find a U-Haul storage place go there instead.
