Walked in, the employees working never said anything to us. We needed help finding cards and visibly looked lost. One cashier was on their phone, sitting on a ladder. The other cashier was helping someone already, which makes sense why they could not help. I can understand why they are a failing company. I do not recommend going here. Save your time and money.

The only good thing here is the staff. The store is very sparse. Their section dedicated to transformers 40th looked like an afterthought. However the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They make it a Gamestop worth stopping at it if you do console gaming.

This is the absolute worst GameStop location I’ve ever been to. They can’t seem to get past the fact that we’re no longer operating on COVID-19 business hours. They have changed their hours twice now in the last year. They don’t open until noon time and they close at 6 7 o’clock throughout the week so how is anyone with a job to find time to get down there in the evening? Absolutely pathetic, and I will be taking my business to a small shop in downtown killingly. Can’t wait to see what opens here after this place inevitably closes

Decent location, as small as it is it had quite a bit of everything. Also an easy exchange on a kids Xmas gift was a pleasant surprise.

Service was okay but when I opened the game I bought it was covered in fingerprints like they don't even clean their discs or anything glad I can still after I cleaned it

Gamestop was excellent as always. Modern warfare 3 however is garbage. I'm done woth infinity ward and xbox all together.

I came in with a very specific problem and without hesitation, Bernard came to the rescue with the exact product & we shared stories of old games. Literally the Gamestop experience you hope for. An excellent representative.
