I spoke with Alison about a close family members account who passed away.. she said she would get back to me with answers and never did. Then I made another appointment to follow up myself and showed up to the bank being closed without any notification to my end after freeing up my schedule.. running through hoops trying to get answers that charter oak or centreville could have gave me the day of…. Will be switching banks.

The ATM ate $50 of a withdrawal and the woman at the counter with a nose ring gave me someone else's card (telling me it was her card) to ask for help. When I returned to ask for more help (because the bank contested my dispute), I was given a number that redirected to a disconnected line. I really enjoyed being on the phone for two hours and being told after finally finding the correct number that they also can't help me.

Horrible management and customer Service. Will be using this branch to close my accounts, and that’s going to be my final interaction with Key Bank after 20 years. Very sad that this establishment possesses no empathy or respect for their customers. Just another building full of people kicking the can and laughing at your misfortune. Delivered a totally humiliating experience to my family and me, I feel like I have been taught my final lesson about the pains of being a loyal member of a bank that could care less. You discriminate against the average person, when the average person depends on you. Nahhhhhhhh. Bank of America is next door.
Real quick update: LH below - yeah no call from LH, just an email telling me that my issue has been forwarded to yet another branch where I can wait 2-3 business days to hear back. I mean if this isn’t the customer service episode from South Park idk what is. I’m in the loop.

Key Bank is very nice and friendly very clean inside and out and they treat you like regular people not just like another person that they have to deal with. I personally would recommend using key Bank to people that are looking for a bank.

Dispute system is a joke.Check deposit at atm on 8/27, was only given 9$ of my almost 300$. Filed a dispute, now, 9/9, still not reconciled, still missing my almost 300$. Was told 2-10 days. Now I'm being told [[full 10 Business days]]. Credit to my account can take 3-10 business days to be approved unless my dispute clears first.Customer of 6 years, no issues this whole time, until now. Handled ridiculously. Still waiting for my money.

If 0 stars was an option then my review would most definitely be a 0. This branch is horrible. First off they Hold your checks for 7 buisness days while saying 5 so i had to wait over a week for a 50 dollar check multiple times. Then they wouldn't even cover a 3 dollar charge when I have overdraft coverage and protection but let google play store overdraw my account 3 dollars twice in a week and kept charging me fees for the two 3 dollar charges and gave me no notice so i log in and now they say I owe 300 so its safe to say my credit is gonna be ruined but they are not getting a dime from me and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is definetly one of the worst banks the putnam branch was super friendly and never had an issues I had a dispute a while back and the lady on the phone was giving me a lecture basically making sound like I wouldn't get my money back like the money would be coming out of their pockets but if it had happend to them it be a whole different story and on top of that I'm always being charged alot of maintenence fees and I'm always owing the bank it's ridiculous

Lieing bank doesn’t like it when u take your money out. When waiting for my money from vault they tried claiming my social was not in file to stop me. When I confronted them about the lie they changed their motives. Be careful with the danielson branch very shady.

There should be a no star option with how bad this branch is, their Employees can't even Identify a real license, It has a seal on it like are you serious, no money till monday now because of how Incompetent these people are 0/10 P.S the Putnam branch is way better.
