I recently went for pedicure and not only did the tech do a horrible job. But I ended up with terrible calluses on the heels of my feet!
Cleanliness: Horrible!!
Stylist: Horrible personality!

My service was terrible, not even a week later and almost all my nails have fallen off doing just everyday stuff. My last set from somewhere else lasted a whole month. I’m not happy and probably not ever going there again.

such a fun & lively salon environment!! all the nail techs at nail envy are so incredibly talented and hard working!! i’ve been getting my nails done with katiee, and i couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. she always does a phenomenal job, and i recommend her anytime i receive compliments on my nails :)Services: Gel manicures

Went a month ago for the first time, and it was amazing. Booked with the same person for today, not only did I not have that person, I paid for services I didn't want and my nails look absolutely terrible. They are pointing up, and have no shape. They look like a box sitting on my finger. Will be going home to file the gel off that I paid for bit didn't want. Will never be going back!!

It wasn't bad. They seemed very disorganized, but maybe they were having a rough day. Very nice employees, very quiet. Made an appointment but then had to wait a while. I'm surprised that they did nothing with my cuticles. Went with another person, and we were split apart

Overall, it was fine, I would go again.

Incredible mani/pedi with Jimmy this morning! He put a lot of care into making sure my tips were all the same length and the shape was what I wanted. Jimmy is also a wizard when it comes to pedicure exfoliation and massage. 10/10! Very clean and reasonably priced salon too. Definitely will return!

Had my fingers done with dip with Johnny. It turned out very poorly. He went quickly and it was very messy. Even once I got home and cleaned up around the nail, the actual surface of the nail was very lumpy and there was some foreign material in it as well. I had to remove them. My appointment was not originally with him but that's who they sent me to, so be aware of that. Can't speak to the other employees. The place was very clean and looked busy. So maybe it's just this one employee does not have enough experience with dip. Would try again with another employee.

My nails definitely feel securely placed on, but the only issue I had was execution of the color. Good salon and friendly workers above all!
