Im so glad this post office has its own phone number. I needed to find out the status of my package because it said delivered when it wasnt, i call the regular usps number and its a robot and i just cannot talk to a human no matter what i said.
I call my post office (this one) and get to actually talk to a person immediately and they helped me figure out what was going on with my package thank you so much

Did a change of address on November 13 2023, still have not received my mail at new location yet...and it was checked by a supervisor in both locations!

Worst customer service for a post office. Lisa apparently doesn't like her job and treats customers less than incompetent because you dont know what she is thinking or know her job. She gave me much attitiude because i didnt know which envelope to use or because i asked a question. Apparently im supposed to know her job too. Been going here for 10yrs and this is then1st time I have ever experienced this poor of customer service. I will not be returning

Rodrigo is the best when it comes to customer service! I have never been treated with such respect and kindness for the entire process of obtaining a passport. He walked me through it, was patient, and his kindness is simply amazing! Thank you so much Rodrigo! ?

Everyone inside is great, very friendly and helpful however, my packages get lost never leaving there. In last 2 weeks I've mailed things out that the person never received. Tracking number indicates it's still sitting there 3 weeks later. Noone to call to help me. Also now have a package coming since the 5th my tracking number everyday changes to delivery to next day. After investigating where it is its at the post office since 11/5/22 accepted but not processed. It's now Nov 16!! Again submitted letters nothing resolved

Man u guys are awful mail trucks always come literally 2 mins before your supposed to close and I put mail in box with flag up not to mention its a big flag and they don't even check to take it

Nothing but excellent customer service at this post office. I've had to call with questions a few times and they always promptly answer the phone, and take the time to address my question. And every time I've had to go into the office to check my dad's mail, etc... everyone was friendly and accommodating. Big contrast to my experience at other post offices!

The employees who I have dealt with inside are great - however, the actual mail lady who delivers the mail is SO lazy. She won’t bring a package to where it’s supposed to go at my home. I’ve had a lot of issues with her either not delivering my packages or not putting them in the right place.
