Very disrespectful crew, misleading, and the manager isn’t any more of a help either. I was with a friend and kicked out while being there for sticking up for my friend who was mislead. They said I made a disrespectful comment when my comment was no more disrespectful than the way they were treating my friend. There was zero intention towards it being disrespectful. I suggested talking to the manager because he wasn’t in the store and they refused until I stuck up for my friend. I had no interest even being a customer when my phone carrier isn’t even this provider. I definitely have no interest after the treatment my friend received, then that I received. There is really no benefit to banning me whatsoever. Very very bad customer service.

Luca is a rockstar. One of our phones had an issue and he researched the problem for almost two months until it was resolved. He kept us notified of the progress and was professional and patient.

Gil and Joe were extremely helpful and friendly during my time with them. I never felt like I was being pressured by salesmen to buy, I felt like I was talking with friends about what I needed in a new phone as they helped me. I left with the perfect phone for what I needed and I will absolutely go back there in the future.

Thomas was super helpful in assisting me with a new phone and iPad. He even took the time to download and transfer all my information from my old phone. While waiting Thomas helped me pick out additional needed accessories and got me out of the store fairly quickly. Truly a great experience. Thank you for the great customer service.

Adam is easy to talk to and great at explaining/answering questions. He definitely is knowledgeable of the plans and helps a customer to choose the best plan for them. I have worked with Adam several times over the past few years and have watched him grow and become a wonderful, kind,respectful young man! Adam is a huge asset to your company.
