Rude on the phone and just hangs up . I’ve been waiting 4 hours for one prescription that I needed like asap actually still waiting for it to be ready . Smh will never use this pharmacy again.! Do not recommend at all

This pharmacy will just put up signs that is is closed for the entire weekend, sorry no prescriptions for you.
Also they never seem to have medication in stock and it's common to have to wait for them to fill.
Lastly the girl with all of the tattoos is incredibly rude. Both in person and on the phone. When she feels as tho the conversation is over she just hangs up. Basically screw you if you have any other questions.
This pharmacy is horrific. I've had better customer service from airport security and whoever does their inventory is really bad at their job.

The pharmacy makes up the hours as they go so good luck trying to figure out when they're open. Most of the time you'll waste a trip down there and find a little sign in the window.

Walgreens, all of them, are an absolute mess of a pharmacy. Every. Single. Month.. for the past 4 years there is a constant issue filling my prescriptions. Never any communication, always out of meds, an issue with insurance. ...always something. At least communicate with me! I don't blame the workers one bit here, they are always courteous and kind. It's is clearly a fault of the system and high management.

This pharmacy is terrible my mother had a Prescription for packs loaded for Covid and the pharmacy was supposed to call her they never did my mom called back and they said it was ready but the pharmacy closes at seven I’m having my mother switch pharmacies she’s had problems with these people before awful customer service

Do not use their pharmacy. They close whenever they want, they don't have your whole prescription, charge you for name brand and give you generic, run.

I have to respond to negative reviews of this pharmacy and it's staff. 1st, it is up to.the medical provider to get Rxs to the pharmacy. The pharmacy fills the Rx. It is up to the patient to follow through for results.The pharmacies are loaded with THOUSANDS of Rxs every day and often understaffed . 2nd I sure have NEVER waited in line 25 minutes in the drive thru at Walgreens in Dayville. I recieve a text message when my Rx s are filled. Maybe you all need to opt for this notification. It's free.3rd. And as far as the staff, they are fantastic !!!! That little girl with the tattoos is absolutely the most respectful, and kind person !!. She's always helpful and has a smile on her face. Maybe treat people with respect and you will get it back. You all do NOT know the dynamics of the job. Kindness goes a long way and is indeed a 2 way street. I have visually witnessed the verbal abuse they take. It's unnecessarily . So again, a fantastic staff, excellent pharmacy and will continue to.go there.

I’ve gone in here several times and always the same result. The pharmacy staff is horrible. Especially the blond girl with hand tats. Absolutely no personality, a very sour bitter person. I will be changing my pharmacy.

If I could give less stars I would. This pharmacy is a joke, staff are inconsiderate and ignore customers. I've even had my provider try on my behalf to get my child's medication and even they were put on hold for over 45 minutes! Do not use this pharmacy...in fact that's probably what they want since staff are lazy and careless.

This walgreens is small but it's a great location nonetheless. The employees are friendly and helpful and the shipping counter is super convenient.

The pharmacy staff is a joke. My Son needed antibiotics the order was put in at 2. They didn’t fill It until 6 and I had to call them to get them to do it. Go to drive thru and I was the first car in line and they ignored me for 25 minutes. Two ladies in there looked at me multipleTimes and did nothing. I had to beep to get them to help me. Then they forgot half of the medication and had to wait another 15 minutes. No apology just attitude. Do better Walgreens pharmacy.

My prescription was called in Friday went to pick it up on Saturday but they were closed Sunday also called today and was told they were to busy to fill it unbelievable been out of my medication for days now

My son has been without his med for days now. Went on Thursday, and they were closed, "sorry" no other explanation. I'm assuming they just didn't feel like working that day. Went yesterday, and the store employee said, "yeah they're closed every Sunday." WHAT? You're a pharmacy!! How can you be closed every Sunday??? He said, "they'll be open tomorrow though". Odd, that they'll be open on Labor Day but not some random Thursday, or every Sunday, I thought to myself. Turns out that nope, my intuition was right, they ARE closed today as well. Unfortunately these meds are in shortage and only available at this one pharmacy within a 50 mile radius. But take your time, folks. People could literally be dying (not in my son's case, thankfully, but other people could be) because you're too lazy to work.

Went to Walgreens at 5:30pm. Closed. No staff! Hire some people then and pay a decent wage! Not that difficult. Idiots.
