I went there to get a replacement battery, and the employee there was incredibly rude and refused to help me. Take your business elsewhere, they do not care for their customers.

Interstate is a great company, they are local and always accommodating. They always have everything we need in stock and deliver to us within 1-2 business days. I wish I could write 2 separate reviews. I would give a 5 star for our delivery driver, Steve. Steve's a great guy, always friendly and takes care of us.The problem we have is with Graig, who works in the Killingworth office. He is rude and extremely disrespectful, and treats you as if you are stupid. He will rush you off the phone before allowing you to get a proper answer from him. It must be awful to have such a miserable attitude all the time.
