“My Siberian husky strained her back on New Year's Eve. She was in so much pain she could barely walk. Dr. Torlone relaxed her with the laser therapy and followed it with accupuncture. One week later she was back to her normal behavior and happy to be moving without pain. The treatment helped her to heal quickly and completely. She received excellent care here, we highly recommend it!”
“After a long battle with illness, our cat Goldie decided today was his day to cross the bridge. With the big storm yesterday, our normal vet was too far and all of the local vets were closed. “We called at 12:15 on Christmas Eve because our dog cracked her nail and it was in a spot we were concerned wouldn't stop bleeding. They were finishing up a patient and closing soon because of thr holiday but they still let us come in. They were able to sedate our dog, remove the nail and get us medication and out the door in less than an hour. We are so thankful they stayed a little late to help us as upon driving by the emergency vet in Middletown on the way to a family gathering a few hours later we saw a packed parking lot and I know we would have been there literally all day and night if we had to go there. I know the bill would have been at least double there as well.

“I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Hall and the team at Madison Veterinary Hospital. My dog, Buddy, needed a cystotomy surgery for bladder stones. We were terrified and facing something we never expected. Dr. Hall was amazing and even brought Buddy home with her after his surgery to monitor him and make sure he was okay. I am so incredibly grateful for her and the entire team for taking such great care of my boy. Buddy is doing amazing and will be going back soon to get his sutures taken out. Even though it's roughly a 45 minute drive, it's absolutely worth it! Finding a vet you love can be difficult, but I'm so pleased with the care we received here, that I will gladly make the trip.
