“LOVE this Staples! Since I first shopped there in the early-to-mid 90's, they've been my go-to spot for supplies, tech goods (cables, supplies, etc) and many more daily-use things. I always check them first, and their customer support is awesome. From my first purchase in the store, I've always been treated with courtesy and grace. They help me when needed, and don't hover if I don't need them. Their associates are knowledgeable and even suggest alternative solutions if what I want isn't on the shelves at the time I'm visiting. They are an essential part of my supply chain and I'm SO glad I have a Staples store nearby!”
“Time and time again I learn my lesson as to what staples to go to. I tried to get some services done at a different location and they were just not nice.
I went here and Vanessa in copy and print was so incrediblely accommodating and insanely friendly. I needed a rush for laminating posters and she did it within 15 minutes and was just so nice about it. I genuinely appreciate the speediness and recognizing that sometimes people are unable to wait.”
“It’s one of the few FedEx centers that are around here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Quick IN and OUT. You’d have to drive up the hill though to find this”
“Faye Faye Faye!!!!! Faye helped me with the class and attentiveness of a real professional! She was able to solve my ‘unsolvable’ problem in mere minutes. Thank you so much Faye! I wish you were my local postmaster bc I’d bring you cookies every week.”
“Stefan, the postmaster at the Willimantic post office, is exceptional. I had a problem with a package that he was able to resolve very quickly. He was professisonal and curteous.
Jesse, the mail carrier for our neighborhood is remarkable! He is also extremely professional and courteous. Jesse consistently goes above and beyond to take care of the people on his route. We are lucky to have him as our postal carrier.
We are fortunate in Williantic to have people of this caliber working at our post office. Thank you Stefan and Jesse!!

“I recently visited the Colchester post office for my special needs son’s, who had a passport renewal appointment. Nick’s exceptional customer service made the passport renewal process efficient, quick and fast. With his expertise, we were able to mail out our passport application within 20 minutes. With great customer service, I will highly recommend Colchester post office for all your postal needs.”
“I think these boxes deserve a metal! They take so much abuse between the hours of 6pm to 4pm the next day. Be sure to get there early because packages line up out the door to get a place in the bins. Standing room only on most days. They see more action than a President Biden rally. Give them a hug when you drop off your packages, but be sure you mask up....they do look a bit frumpy.Click the thumbs up icon up below if you like my review. “The building os very beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Only deducted one star because they really need to put in a ramp. People with wheelchairs/walkers/strollers can't access the post office, which is crazy.”
“The people are very nice, friendly, and helpful. As long as you're not stupid enough to send a package with your birth certificate and Social Security card, they're going to work with you.”
“my go to post office. Dave & Gayle are some of the best people i've ever had the pleasure to work with. Consistent customer service from this Post Office is why I prefer going here among all other ones. Not sure what the bad reviews are about, but to each their own. These guys have never let us down. I get product shipped fast to all over the USA from here. Incredible crew, even their part timers are great.”

“I've seen a bunch of negative reviews, but whoever was there they must have gotten rid of, last time I called I spoke with a very kind man, who was very helpful. He located and mail, and was able to have it sent to the actual Norwich post office for me to pick up personally as I was having 'issues' with my mailbox at the time.Thank you dude! :)”
“I have a mailbox but they leave packages on the side of the building where ive had more than a couple things stolen. I used to get tickets to go pick them up at the post office but now the just leave them on the sidewalk”
“The post office employee was courteous and helpful. My package was fragile and I packed it as best as I could. He asked about packaging and said USPS would do their best to get it to it's destination in one piece. He added fragile stickers to the box (it was pottery) and handled it carefully!”
