Check-in was super easy—I called ahead and they were able to get me in right away. They took the time to go over pricing clearly before getting started, which I really appreciated. My pedicure was never rushed; they took their time and made sure everything was done just right. Definitely recommend!

Genuinely never had a bad experience getting my nails done before, but hey, this place gets to take the cake for first. I do not want a refund, nor to return to this nail salon. Be careful not to get tricked into additional services, pretending to not understand what you mean is how they get you.
I'm unsure why they assigned a tech that seemed so new/ didn't know what he was doing, but watching my mom get a beautiful pedicure next to me was fascinating. My tech spent so long rubbing my legs that I got a bit creeped out. Please do not make him do that to anyone else that goes to your salon, it's very uncomfortable. Just ask customers to wait for the real techs to be free.
I realized something was off when the blue shirted tech assigned to me began digging hard into my nails with the cuticle stick, but I figured well he knows what he's doing- WRONG. He hurt me pretty good, and eventually two female techs scolded at him and made him leave before trying to fix what he did. (Not that anyone tried to explain what was going on, but it was alarming to suddenly have two ladies on either side of me trimming at me). I have never had two techs working on my feet at the same time, but given my half of the appointment ended up fifteen minutes longer than my mom, when we arrived at the same time, is ROUGH.
The skin around my big toe nails is so delicate now, and I ended up with tiny nicks and cuts on them. I have never had this happen during a pedicure.
I also felt very much that it was uncool not to explain there's a difference between the gels when we specifically requested non gels. You don't get to pretend you don't understand, and then SWAP our bottles out for gels anyways after giving a non-committal grunt on whether it's a yes or no for an upcharge. Whether that was the owner, or what, that was a VERY scumbag move. You do not switch out the bottles while you're talking to folks, especially if you didn't make it clear what you were doing. Shady. Tapping the menu at the very end and smiling told me you knew exactly what you did at checkout. Suddenly you knew exactly what we were talking about, huh?
Speaking of the gels- Maybe it's because they had to rush with mine, but the female tech ended up clacking the drier on top of my toes. So it dried like that. Which means I now have a weird 3D element to my right toenails.
I will say, my mom enjoyed her experience, that's why this is two stars.. Nobody mangled her feet, nor clacked the drier on her nails, made her feel uncomfortable.
EDIT- THREE MONTHS LATER, OUR NAILS HAVEN'T HEALED FULLY.
I do not recommend this, unless you want your nails ruined.

Edit: unfortunately now as I am looking at my fingernails I am discovering he did not push my cuticles back so I have a big gap in the back now I'm also discovering that he did not properly trim my ingrown Nails on the side and some of my paint is already chipping. This place is phenomenal. From the moment i walked in everyone was kind and polite it was very welcoming. I had a pedicure and manicure done. My pedicure went amazing he did an amazing job with my nails they came out fantastic and my feet and legs have never felt better. My manicure was absolutely impeccable I have some not easy nails to work with and this second gentleman was absolutely amazing he made my nails look absolutely perfect especially considering how little nail he had to work with on some fingers. Forgot to ask them a question when i was there just called and they are just as pleasant and kind over the phone as they are in person.

I visited Fancy Nails two weeks ago with my daughter. My experience with my nail technician was positive, but unfortunately I can't give the salon five stars because my daughter had a terrible experience with a bad nail technician. Also, the owner was deceptive with his pricing. I'd selected a regular nail polish and the owner ran to replace the polish I'd chosen with a gel polish. I asked him what was the difference and he wouldn't explain....until the end of the session when I was surprised with an additional $30 on my bill. Had he explained when I asked, it would have been fine but he pulled a literal bait and switch on me so congratulations! You lost two customers for a measly $30 and a horrible tech.
