Service rep didnt sound like they wanted my business. Called for a quote and felt like i was bothering them. I did not have the key on me and guessed from memory it was a 4 button. They just said they couldnt do anything without 100% accuracy and to call back when i have it, even though i requested a quote for 4 buttons. Not comfortable calling back

I needed a key and fob for a truck I just bought. They were able to order both in a couple of days. We set up a time to meet and Jeff was there early. He had everything programmed in about 1/2 hour and we were off and running. Good price also.

Jeff did an excellent job with programming my key pod for a 2014 Ford focus T. Had other locksmiths trying this task with all having issues. He did within 1/2 hour and with no problems. Charges were very reasonable and highly recommended him.

The owner of this company is super rude!!! We called him to set up a new key to my boyfriends car & we had to wait two days for the key to come in which wasn't the problem. The problem was that my bf had a gps hooked up to his starter from when he was making payments on his car that he never took off once car was paid off. The owner who was syncing the key to the car was under the hood and was yanking and pulling on this gsp & doing so he disconnected the wires to the starter which made it so the car wouldn't start! We explain to the man what he did and he go upset and threw the key at my boyfriend and walked off not finishing the job! We had to get the car towed to the dealership to get the gps took out and the dealership confirmed indeed he pulled out a wire making it so the car wasn't starting. I called back to see if he could come back and finish the job and the lady who answered the phone was even more rude basically calling me a liar because I was accusing the owner of pulling and yanking the wires and made the car not start in which he did! The owner couldn't take responsibility for what he did and justified throwing the key at my bf and not charging us when we didn't mind paying for it we just wanted the job done fully. I wouldn't recommend this company the owner is incompetent and doesn't take responsibility for his doings. How this doesn't happen to someone else! I would give him no stars if I could! Rude owner & receptionist!

I purchased a new smart key for my Jaguar XK on Ebay which turned out to be defective. Jeff did his best and was kind enough not to charge for his service. No car dealership would do that. Lesson learned, don't buy key fobs online even if it seems like a good deal. Would do business with him again.

While working on my classic Pontiac I misplaced the keys. I called around, but it seemed that the only person who could help me was Jeff. He came out, worked in the rain for an hour, and got me back in the car.
