About Mohegan Trading Post
Mohegan Trading Post is a gift shop that sells art crafts, clothing, indigenous foods, beaded jewelry, and craft supplies. Many of the products that we sell are handmade works of art, including fine art paintings. We also produce embroidery designs for certain types of clothing, such as t-shirts, hats, and baby clothing. Our store opened in November 2021, with 1,000 square feet of selling space, it is the largest solely Native American owned and operated retail store in southeastern Connecticut. It is owned and operated by husband and wife, each who are tribal citizens from the Mashantucket Pequot and Mohegan Tribes of Connecticut.
