AMC CLASSIC Lisbon 12 offers a nostalgic movie-going experience for friends and family. The theater provides a variety of refreshments, including Coca-Cola Freestyle, pretzel bites, movie nachos, and annual refillable popcorn buckets, all at a great value. While the theater has an old-school charm, with no assigned seating and fabric-covered seats, some areas are in need of a facelift. The seating in certain showrooms is severely stained and damaged, and the restrooms are outdated, though they remain clean. The employees are described as very helpful and polite, guiding customers to their showings. The movie screens and sound quality are reported to be satisfactory, and the large parking lot offers ample space. Overall, AMC CLASSIC Lisbon 12 provides a serviceable movie-watching experience, especially for those seeking a nostalgic trip or taking advantage of the discounted early-hour tickets. However, some areas of the theater could benefit from a refresh to enhance the overall customer experience.
