“Jared was helpful!!!!!Polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your customers return. It’s corporate, and when you have individuals like him, you ought to know you’re fortunate. You may believe employees are replaceable, but at the end of the day, they aren’t. Nobody is.Thank you, Jared.”

“Great service and was surprised by the immediate availability and installation of the dishwasher we needed. Great to have a two day turn around on a unit that was broken and needed to be replaced.”

“5 years ago I bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator from Yas Appliance, I never had an issue with any of the appliances the time I owned them. I sold my home and the appliances were sold with the house. I have returned to buy a washer, dryer, refrigerator. I look forward to many years of use with these appliances I purchased.Excellent young family man who owns this business. I highly recommend his appliances, service and great fair prices.Especially in this day an age when money does not stretch far enough.”

“I’m not sure how Joe Beiber does it but somehow he keeps extremely capable happy staff who clearly are supported when they opt on their own to support and help customers and this has been the case for at least 38 years. I bought my first stove there in 1985. It turned out to be smaller than I needed. I used it for several fires. They then took it back, as I recall, for 100% of the purchase price toward the next larger stove.I bought my 3rd stove 2 weeks ago, had it delivered by Tom and Earl who were wonderfully happy, helpful and capable people. After I overheated it with the first fire I talked with Kerry Norton who was fun and reassuring that I had most likely caused no harm. I told her that I called that discussion with her my stove therapy. She was funny and very knowledgeable. Sam Cruz (her right hand) is equally capable, helpful and knowledgeable.Thank you to the Preston Trading Post and their staff.”

“Typical Home Depot setup within the store, but the one thing I have noticed compared to the one in Waterford is that this one is not as busy. Which is always great for me, since its easier to shop withut bumping into a lot of people. And their inventory on some items seem to be more available. I know of at least three times I have come here to shop as the other one by our house was out if stock: Bathroom Vanity, pressure washer, rug, patio chairs, and most recently a specific upgraded BBQ. Guess thats more than 3 times, LOL. Each time we were looking for a specific model or type and noticed thru the HD website the Montville Store had the items in stock. Last time we were there we noticed they are very specific on entrance and exit, having an Associate at each location to ensure you came in thru one door only. Aisles were not designated as one way though. Staff were friendly and knowledgable, except for that one guy guarding the entrance! Nearly ran me away for approaching from the store, telling me it was not an exit. All I wanted was an Associate to help me in the Garden Area. Luckily there was another person there that took care of me. All in all this would be our go to store if it was a little closer. As it stands now, its our "go to store" for those hard to find and/or popular items.”

“To the team who helped my dad get his product purchased fresh together after a random speedy driver hit his cart leaving the store. Thank goodness his sling from surgery didn’t get direct hit. So close to devasting! Pending status. Ouch. Go team.”
