The dental hygienist was as wonderful, knowledgeable, and sweet as could be. The dentist was the opposite. And the practice overall is just one huge scam that’s trying to rip people off with any junk they can make up. The dentist says these teeth are strong, but have deep texture, no cavities, but let’s get fillings in there to be safe! What?! No cavity, so let’s put a filling in?! What a joke! Then they tell me they won’t do a cleaning on my teeth because they want me to pay a thousand dollars to do a deep cleaning not covered by insurance, and they won’t just do a regular cleaning because they diagnosed that I might one day have pre periodontal disease! Nothing more needs to be said here.

A wonderful place to get dental work. Aspen Dental made my visits very comfortable. The entire staff was very professional, put me at ease, and was not judgmental at all.

The whole experience was great from begining to end. Will definitely recommend. Nichole was great and smiling whole time and rest of the staff was super friendly and answered all my questions and walked me through each step to be sure I felt comfortable.

New to the area & I didn’t want to miss my 2nd cleaning for the year. I had a series of X-rays completed when I first arrived. Difficult to complete & shredded my gums. However, the tech did her absolute best during the series xrays. The dental hygienist I met with was sweet too.
However, by the time I had my consult for a treatment plan I was diagnosed with Periodontist II, Gingivitis & bone loss. I would require a gingivitis cleaning & possibly a deep cleaning. Until these were completed; I would be unable to schedule a regular cleaning. My treatment plan after insurance required an out of pocket expense of $381.00. This was just an estimate summary. I questioned the above. I was met with high defensiveness from the dentist & management.
I saw my dentist in January of this year. I go faithfully 2x a year. Pretty sure if I had all of the above; I would have been informed. I contacted my dentist & reschedule a cleaning through them.
Aspen Dental 100% upsells & price gouges the consumer. Beware!!!!

The Good:
Staff and Dr. were pleasant
The Bad:
The X-ray room has no door; mere feet away there are couches where strangers are sitting, they can watch you while you have your x-rays done. Imagine not having this privacy of yours and instead sharing this with strangers?! Unacceptable
Accusing a customer of not paying: if you don't carry their insurance, they will treat you like a thief...they demand an up-front deposit before your upcoming visit.
The Rest:
The exam seats I found to be lackluster, possibly on their way out (old), but not a big deal.
Expect to be put on hold at most any time of the day when you call, for long durations (more than 4 mins)

BEWARE OF POSSIBLE LIES OF A TOOTH CANAL! I am 22 years old and they tried to get me to get a tooth canal! I went to a different dentist for a second opinion and they said there was so need for one!! Also refused to give me a copy of my X rays in person after already paid for them and said I needed them to be sent to a corporate email that would take 3-5 business days. (So I’d get my X-rays after my procedure so I couldn’t get a second opinion) luckily I still asked another place for their opinion and one was nice enough to squeeze me in for a consultation. Turns out once again I didn’t not need a root canal. My tooth would’ve only lasted 20-25 years with the root canal and VERY happy I didn’t go through. The nurses and front desk are nice but the doctors are only here for your money! Listen to the rest of the reviews especially as of recent. This is NOT okay.

My name is Sierra fleury and everyone at Aspen dental was amazing. They make a plan for you. They do things with my teeth that no other dentist has done before and even helped translate everything so my Spanish speaking husband could understand as we went along! This is why despite them not taking my husky medical i will come true to see them.

My very first visit there at Aspen dental I had an extremely long wait and their excuse was that someone was out sick. I went for my follow up procedure scheduled at 8 AM and at 9 AM. I discovered the surgeon was not even in the building yet and they did not have an ETA. I stepped outside to notify my ride about the delay, the office staff told the nursing staff I left!!!!! when I came back in Moments after exiting the building, I was told this time the delay was due to be needing x-rays and when I question them I was told that was an error and they were ready to see me. after the procedure I was walked out, handed a bag of gauze that was open And clearly not sterile and sent on my way. I was told to pick up prescriptions as we discussed in an earlier visit however, those medications were not what were discussed. I received medications I had no idea what to do with. I called Aspen dental questioning the medication mixup and asked for the office manager to call me, never happened. I find this particular establishment very unorganized, not very informative, leaning on the dirty non-sterile side, Why wear gloves if you’re going to put them in someone’s mouth then touch keyboards, then touch screen and then go back in their mouth with the same gloves on?? And why bother wearing a mask if it’s not covering your nose and mouth?? In addition I encountered multiple liars on staff, if you don’t have a valid answer, don’t just give me an answer off your cuff. It’s considered a lie. Don’t tell me I need a procedure done when I absolutely don’t need it because you were trying to pull an answer out of the air and give me a lie, ignorant, and disrespectful. I would not recommend getting hooked up with this office.
Seriously what do I do with this medication that I don’t know how to use and where is the medication that was discussed and is required at this point?? Insurance fraud by Aspen dental??

I had a bad experience at a previous Aspen Dental, but decided to give them another chance after moving to a new state. I went in to establish care, and during my appointment they tried to sell me a $100+ water pik, which I declined. They then told me I had slight gum inflammation around an existing tooth implant and recommended a “gingivitis treatment” for $200 out of pocket.
At first, I agreed and scheduled the cleaning and treatment. However, after some unexpected car and vet bills, I called to cancel the gingivitis treatment and keep my cleaning appointment. They refused to do the cleaning unless I agreed to the treatment. I contacted my insurance company, and they told me the reason the treatment was not covered was because they did not consider it necessary.
In short, Aspen Dental refused to provide a routine cleaning unless I paid for an expensive, unnecessary add-on. This feels like upselling, not patient care. I will not be returning.

I stopped by for a repair on my denture and waited for over 2 hours for the technician to just look at them. It would have been great if the receptionist would have said something at the time I checked in,I would have made arraignment. The process repair only took 45 minutes. DO NOT DO THE WALK IN PROCESS you are made to feel you are being punished for doing so.

They Advertised Teeth In The Same Day That Didn't Happen. They Advertised Resineble Payment Plan That Didn't Happen.My First House Cost Less Than They Wanted For New Teeth. They Tried To Push Most Expensive Products
