There was a Sim card issue. Employee Marquel did an excellent job and while being the only one working in the store with 4 people waiting. Marquel remained calm and professional and insured all the customers waiting he would be with them soon. Best experience I have had at AT&T.

Staff is very well informed of newest technology, friendly and patient! Isaiah and Shane were both very patient with me (not tech-savvy) and walked through my new internet hotspot setup!

I decided to upgrade my 5 yr old phone and went to the Lisbon location. The guys were friendly enough but I feel should have been more professional. They made several comments regarding their store not being good enough to get in the products they want. I had asked for a blue option to a phone which prompted one of the comments. After being at the store over an hour I went home to discover it had no service. I assumed it could have been the battery life at 9% when leaving the store or the consist downloads that were happening. I discover the next day when I returned to a different at&t location that my phone number was never programmed into my phone at all. Not ok, it prompted me worry that someone else could have my number that I've had 19 yrs. New store took care of all my questions and fixed my phone.

I went here to get a new phone. Told the sales associate I didn’t want a new phone plan or any insurance. Got my first bill and they switched my phone plan and added insurance onto my bill. My fault for not checking sooner but I thought I could trust them. I cannot even switch to my old plan as well. Very disappointed.

My husband stopped in there to ask a question about his phone. He gets home and they had signed him up for home tech service, he received a text message five minutes after he left the store for a $25 a month service. Now we play the game to get someone to remove this from our account. I don't know what kick back this store gets but be careful!
