unfortunately this is the "only grocery store" in the area (lisbon) they never have any items consistently on a daily or even weekly basis!!! for a super store (not) they never keep their shelves stocked!!! fyi....... covid is not your problem now...... so tell me what is?!?!?!!! the manager who " should be "supervising " & making sure the shelves are stocked obviously is not doing his job in my experience there!!!! maybe its time to have each individual department managers ( if they even have any) do the ordering & be responsible for their own products that should be on the shelves..... items that sell quicky & are popular with customers!!!!! try it... just a suggestion!!! your competitors.. s&s ( where i worked for 8 years & very knowledgeable with this process) & surprise "it works" not to mention it "keeps customers happy "..... hence & are apt to spend more $$$!!!! big y.... shop rite etc use this system & its been working & beneficial to customers!!! maybe " walmart" can learn from them !!!!!! try it!!! just saying!!!

My Parents went into the Lisbon Walmart location to purchase a television, and unfortunately were assisted by a member of the electronics dept. named RANDY who deemed his behavior as appropriate because when asked his name, he proudly proclaimed it, as if nothing would be done about his behavior. While deciding to purchase the television, he rudely asked my Father if he was buying the TV or not because apparently it was taking too long to make a decision. Later on when asking for help, RANDY said "Can't you see I am helping someone!?" Let me HIGHLIGHT a few things here. My Father is a 22 year served Navy Veteran with disabilities, he is an amputee as well as suffering with severe vision loss, and you can clearly see some of those physical disabilities. However, this employee did not care! So, my Father has earned his respect. He is older than this gentleman and has worked hard to protect and serve all in this country during his 22 yr tenure, and even many years after working for Electric Boat. And, even if he did not have allof these accolades, no one deserves to be treated this way. RANDY WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF POCKET, and something needs to be done immediately. RANDY WAS NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL FROM THE BEGINNING!! His behavior continued throughout the entire exchange/transaction. I don't know who needs to be contacted, but stay clear of and avoid being assisted by RANDY IN ELECTRONICS AT THE LISBON CT LOCATION. He was completely out of line and showed no remorse when we expressed how we felt about the mistreatment. I would hate to think that RANDY has an issue with people of color, but it seems more and more prevalent that it is okay to treat minorities this way. So, I would not be surprised if he treated all POC this way. I strongly feel things would have been different if we were a White/Caucasian family coming into this establishment to make a purchase!!

I know this situation is in the store as fall but just figure it out with add the picture for visual purposes. Right before the snowstorm came, there was no chicken on the shelves at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was there the other day and purposely went to a line with a cashier because my back was killing me and didn't want to scan my purchases. I ended up at the one cashier that had no bags while all the others still had bags. The cashier would not get bags from other registers and I ended up putting all my stuff back in the cart. I was beyond disgusted. No apology, no attempt to assist, just indifferent. I went to customer service to complain and the woman stated that she didn't know where the cashiers were getting bags and they don't have to share. She obviously did not get the point. If you choose to stand in line and wait for a live cashier, obviously you want better service than self serve. They do not understand customer service. The employees are not well trained in customer service. I hate this store and will not return. The store is dirty and the people are never pleasant.

This place ran out of bags. None. Not one to buy, nothing. Wild. The people working there are nice enough but I've never heard of a place selling groceries without an option for bags. Walmart is a garbage place and I hated myself for going in there and not being able to buy my groceries is a sign about going into a Walmart in the first place.

Horrible customer service at the customer service desk. Rude & makes the customer do all the leg work for their job. Very inconvenienced!!!

Whoever is working in their call center department is doing a great job. I called with some questions about returning some clothes and the associate I spoke with was friendly and informative. I'll make sure to go here again! Keep up the great work (customer service)!
