Three months to work on a loveseat????Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I dropped off a couch to get redone in early JUNE it is now late AUGUST and the couch is "still being worked on". I have called the owner multiple times and have gotten nothing but rudeness and vagueness on when the couch would be done.It is ridiculous that somebody can hold their business at such a low standard.

I have used these people for several projects over the years. Great work at reasonable prices. They have recovered my 1973 Henredon wing chairs three times, and they have been perfect each time.

Todd upholstered a 1950's modernistic three piece, sofa, gentlemen's and lady's chairs, for me that was my grandmother's. They came out beautiful, and we use them everyday. Just dropped off another, smaller project for him. I'll keep going back.
