Famous Footwear is a pretty good place. The workers are very helpful and sweet, though this can depend on the day. It can be a little hard to find everything in the store. However, customers can order shoes online from the website and return them in store if they do not fit. Staff are polite and attentive, greeting customers and checking on them while shopping. The service is a pleasure and should be a model for future employees.
The store manager was awesome. Suggesting things etc. we ordered another pair of shoes because of her suggestions and it's being delivered right to our house.
