I cannot believe that I just had a Trinity solar employee come into Home Depot on their official permission and try to solicit me. That's a horrible look for the company and location.

Do not I repeat do not use their tool rental service took to the job site and the tool I rented did not work did not function I brought it back they said it did not function they confirmed that and then said the best they could do was knock 15% off if the tool doesn't work why should I have to pay for the rental I brought it back because it didn't function and I wasn't able to use it but yet you're still going to charge me for it!?

Bought a 449$ ac online for pickup. Drive 45 minutes to the store and was informed pickup orders require 2 hr processing and I'd have to wait 1.5 hrs. Decided instead to cancel the order and the clerk was more than happy to do so. Glad I'm not a shareholder, what happened to customer service? Back to Lowes...

Just want to say how great the gentleman and lady are that run the kids workshops. Both are very friendly and helpful. And I’m sure it gets crazy with all the family’s. But they still are smiling and friendly throughout. Today was the second workshop we’ve attended and both times have been so much fun.

This store is great, as long as you buy your items online after wasting their time. Every time I went to customer service I was treated like an alcoholic looking for a drink rather than a customer exchanging a product. One call to corporate later, and Looks like Home Depot in lisbon is going to eat the shipment +$60 giftcard, backto warehouse since they refused me instore and said "dont even bother calling corperate, you're wasting their time. Ha Ha . Fluckers. Dont be afraid to buy instore but watch for disrespectful, condesending and patronizing workers primarily located at customer service. They tell you no, step to the back of the line and make the call to corperate. This store got a 100+$ for me getting a credit card through them and then buying 1000 in product, and I was treated like a penniless jackass that had just wondred off the street, not an "Xtra Pro Member" - WHAT A JOOOOOKE! HAHA

Polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your customers return. It’s corporate, and when you have individuals like him, you ought to know you’re fortunate. You may believe employees are replaceable, but at the end of the day, they aren’t. Nobody is.

Absolutely amazing store that care about their customers and community!! Our water heater went down at the worst possible time and they came to our aid. We truly can not thank you enough!!
