It's Home Depot they got pretty much everything you need search online for your local store to confirm before entering because most of the staff will just go to their computers and look up the same thing you're looking for, the paint department there is pretty good and always a great experience in that department with knowledge and friendliness, as a whole it's a good store

I’ve been a customer since I bought my house in Norwich ct for this very Home Depot branch. Gardening sales representative advised to buy ryobi electric machines. Bought a lawnmower with home depot warranty, leaf blower and electric trimmer from this very store. I payed with bank card and also cash. Im also a pro account holder. Lawnmower blew up and couldn’t cut my grass anymore. I called Home Depot which is just 10-15 minutes from my home and I couldn’t get help over the phone. I drove down with the machine and sales associate at the customer service desk couldn’t find the receipt for it in the system. They tried to look it up and they couldn’t. They then told me to call home depot warranty department which also asked me for the receipt to file a claim ! The female manager told me to just buy a new one! Keep in mind this machine was over 700$! I asked for the manager on tried to check it and gave me a diagnosis of abuse use which broke the whole engine! The machine was never used by one but my self.. I felt cheated and I went home and returned everything I bought from this Home Depot. I do not recommend anyone buying electric appliances from this place. If for any reason you can’t find your receipt and return for help just know you are cooked. The manager went in back office and sent her junior. I will not be returning to this place. Buyers be aware. Attached is the pictures

Nobody seems to know what they’re doing in this place, for starters employees rather take their lunch break than help customers I’m very displeased with the customer service and lack of skills waited over 20 mins just to get some foam from the back couldn’t even do that let’s just say I will be going anywhere but here for anything I can’t believe the incompetence

I went to home depot in lisbon to look at laminate, flooring. And a service girl named Joanna. Was so courteous, she greeted us with a big smile and helped us.She was just so pleasant and I couldn't ask for any better service usually, I can't find anybody to help me.And this was just yesterday June 8th 2025 she was awesome.Keep up the good work Joanna.They need more people like her

I cannot believe that I just had a Trinity solar employee come into Home Depot on their official permission and try to solicit me. That's a horrible look for the company and location.

Do not I repeat do not use their tool rental service took to the job site and the tool I rented did not work did not function I brought it back they said it did not function they confirmed that and then said the best they could do was knock 15% off if the tool doesn't work why should I have to pay for the rental I brought it back because it didn't function and I wasn't able to use it but yet you're still going to charge me for it!?

Bought a 449$ ac online for pickup. Drive 45 minutes to the store and was informed pickup orders require 2 hr processing and I'd have to wait 1.5 hrs. Decided instead to cancel the order and the clerk was more than happy to do so. Glad I'm not a shareholder, what happened to customer service? Back to Lowes...

Just want to say how great the gentleman and lady are that run the kids workshops. Both are very friendly and helpful. And I’m sure it gets crazy with all the family’s. But they still are smiling and friendly throughout. Today was the second workshop we’ve attended and both times have been so much fun.
