Just went to the lisbon ct micheals. I looked up on micheals web site about price matching. Said will pricematch any brick or mortor or online store. Was going to price match a item and they refused it. Were very rude to me also about it. Your stores are heavily overpriced and now im getting this product i want from target because thats where i was price matching from. And your never getting my bussiness again.

Should have a separate line or place for UPS dropoffs. Had to wait in a long line just for one dropoff.

They never have a person in for the personal framing. You would think there would be someone there during the stores opened hours, but no.

Experience is usually great, however I did a curbside order for the first time due to being sick and waited outside for 30 minutes. A worker was standing by the door for a bit lookinf outside. When I finally decided to go inside and just get my order, the worker was standing around not busy. :(
