“Buyer beware, if you use the UPS Access Point service here, this is what might happen to you (since it happened to us). 1.) The agents will take your package and not give you a paper receipt. 2.) The agents will claim a confirmation code will be sent to your phone, which you may never receive. 3.) If you return to the store asking for assistance, the clerk will probably tell you that they do not store any information for packages they processed the DAY BEFORE 4.) You will not have any actual way of tracking the itinerary of the package they took from you. This, of course, is after the clerk takes your personal information and asks you a bunch of useless questions. NOW, MY EXPERIENCE (January,2022): A box was given to the cashier with a UPS shipping label on it. The cashier refused to tend a receipt after taking the box for delivery. Claiming that the store did not have the resources to print a receipt but would send a code to a provided cell phone number, instead. When we didn't receive the code that the Access Point representative promised, we returned to the store, asking for assistance. The individual at the register asked several questions, under the guise of trying to help us. After several minutes, the person then told us that the store does not hold any records of the packages they processed from the DAY BEFORE. So, then, for what reason was he taking our personal information and asking so many questions, if he knew he could be not access information from the day prior?? What a disgusting waste of of a customer's time! If I did not maintain a copy of the shipping label I stuck to the box, we would have had no way of tracking the package that this store's clerk took and could have stolen from us. THIS REVIEW IS STRICTLY RELATED TO THE UPS ACCESS POINT SERVICE, LOCATED INSIDE THE MI GENTE STORE. Besides that, multiple loiterers roam freely inside this store. I did not get a good vibe as serious shopper.”

“My second visit here I stayed again at the wonderful Sky Tower. Worth every penny. Yes I was comped a bit for the room. But treated just the same. The valet attendants have been outstanding. Always take good care of my car. No long wait. Take care of them they take care of you. Front desk is helpful and friendly. The only potentially negative experience was with a couple bartenders at the casino bar in the Sky casino. Some what rude unless your a regular. But there were cocktail waitresses that were very helpful. I always tip them well even though the drinks are free. Now Johnny Rocket’s has less then desirable wait staff if you go there. This happened on both my visits. Young people seem to be the worst in that role. But pretty much everywhere else staff were outstanding. The security staff make us older folks feel safe among the young rowdy folks. That’s much appreciated. Thank you Mohegan for a pleasant experience. That’s all I ask for. I realize I’m not going to always win.”
