Susan is a AMAZING Beauty Consultant, She and I spoke about the products, She has the professional skills to educate you about the products etc. I even told her that I truly appreciate the time she took with me, Left feeling like I made a Friend for life, That doesn’t happen everyday so when u come across people like this, You should always appreciate the work they do!! Fabulous customer service. I went in sephora in the hopes to find a similar shade of lipstick that I loved that was discontinued by lancome. Susan and Sara both helped me we walked around trying to match the color that was on my hand of what I had left of my favorite lipstick andwe found an exact match in a different brand. Thank you so much ladies!

Went in looking a gift for my wife having no idea what I was looking for however the younger ladies working were extremely helpful and had many great options. she was not at all disappointed with the lovely fragrance they helped me choose

Very disappointed with sephora im a regular customer that goes any chance i get. I showed up 9/5 with expectations of returning a setting spray i bought few weeks earlier but had misplaced my receipt. When i told the lady suzanne i didnt have a receipt i automatically felt like i was being judge as if i just picked this product up and tried to return something i didnt pay for. Im all about my points at sephora because im at rouge level so when we tried to see if it would come up there was no sucess nor my credit card so i told her i could of possibly payed with cash and apparently there was no way of returning this product since they were not able to pull it up . I had an old receipt from kohls /sephora with makeup i previously purchased that state in the back of the reciept you are able to return with id but then they said no. So i asked to speak to manager and she says no but i dont get why i cant use my sephora credit card at this stop shop but can only use a kohls credit card . But then they want to say they dont go by kohls return policy they go by sephora’s. When my receipt at this sephora location clearly says i can return with id.very disappointed i spend hundreds since this location open and to get this treatment is very disappointed.These workers didnt have an answer for anything or know how to work their registers one lady Ashley that always helps me and is very attentive to the customers knows i was going to return this product since i go all the time and the others i can say never want to help out customers but make smart remarks and follow people around instead of asking if they need help.
