I was in dire need of headlights as both mine went out within a week, they worked fast and got the job done for a completely affordable price! And even put my bumper in place better than it was before. They have no idea how much they helped me out and I’ll forever be grateful for that! I plan to come back for all other things I’ll need please consider them for your next service!!!

I wholeheartedly endorse this auto body shop to anyone, including family and friends, and anyone who requires vehicle repairs.
Here’s my experience:
My husband and I bought a car from Carvana, and upon its arrival, we discovered transport damage on the front bumper. On the same day we received the vehicle, we contacted Carvana’s customer service while the driver documented the damage and we took photos. By the end of our call, we were advised to reach out to Stilly’s, who collaborates with the warranty company.
The following day, we contacted Stilly’s.
All we needed to do was drop off the car, and Stilly’s handled everything else for us. We were never caught in the middle. They kept us informed about any issues, and when the warranty company hesitated to meet Stilly’s quality standards, Stilly’s took the necessary steps to address the situation.
Rod and his team truly went above and beyond to support us. I will continue to do business with Stilly’s for all my vehicle’s repairs/needs.

I have had nothing short of great customer service and care for my vehicle from these guys. I have taken my vehicle for varied services and have been very pleased with the results. Highly recommend them as compared to costly dealership visits 👍🏾

Went here for them to inspect a vehicle I was attempting to purchase. I am so grateful and so impressed with them that I will be coming here for all of my mechanical needs and am writing this review. I live closer to the other stillys (stillys automotive) not sure if it's the same franchise but I won't go there again. Never could get me in and staff isn't the greatest. Here, stillys autobody got me in when I needed it and they did an extremely thorough job. Staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond and spent time to show and explain everything i needed to know. So friendly and helpful I highly recommend this place. Thank you

Very grateful to Stilly Autobody, they are tough when it comes to painting and repairing damaged parts. The paint came out perfectly stained with pearlescent color and the guys are friendly and good at everything they do in the shop. I recommend them 100%. They worked on the rear bumper and the rear trunk and it was excellent, very grateful, very happy.

Good with the auto body- it was the little things found after. Truck was complete in the winter and didn’t have time to really check, but there where little things missed that I had to repair or address. Loose or missing small hardware, subpar hardware, probably due to the budget, the body work itself was solid, and customer service. Just advice small things matter to the ones that will crawl under the vehicle, some people will never, watch your customer base, and spend the little extra on good hardware or communicate the small extra possible cost to the customer, to get quality hardware,and (tend to the small things)

Stillys is The only place I have ever trusted with both my vehicles - The work they've done on both my cars are a 10! I take exceptional care Of my cars and only let them take over as I know they handle the cars as if it was their own . I Have been to other auto body shops in the area which like to get your car done fast yet it shows with over spray and blotchy paint jobs -These guys get it done in a timely manner and my black cars both looked like glass - All of them at Stillys are professional and personable which make it a non Stressful situation. A Dodge dealership in New London told me I needed the whole front end to come off for a bulb - Stillys lifted the hood and replaced the bulb with a panel under the hood -no front end had to come off ! My point - no rip offs ,no jacking up prices to where you can't afford it - Real hometown Business that's a diamond in the rough ! All my friends and family now actually have a place to go and trust and get A1A service !
