I’m not trying to say this in an angry or “Karen-esque” way, but this is without a doubt the worst Target location around 😬. The store is always a mess with empty spots on shelves, disorganized products, and no baskets (like not once have I been there and been able to get a basket). The staff are super nice, but the store seems super understaffed in general. The selection of clothing is also much less than other locations I’ve been to.

I had an issue with an order and their app nor their online customer service was able to help so I reached out to the store. I called four times and nobody picked up and the phone just kept disconnecting me.

Does anyone work at this store? Multiple phone calls various times during the day to multiple departments looking for help with a pickup order, and only once did I get someone actually picking up the phone, only to hear general customer service going on in the background without any answer, “hello”. I stayed on hold and no one ever answered, only to get hung up on. Geesh.
