I scheduled a makeup session two weeks in advance for my daughter's prom. However, I received a voicemail less than two hours before the event, informing me of the cancellation. Upon contacting the representative for clarification, I encountered a dismissive comment regarding my distress over the situation. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I believe that there should always be a contingency plan in place. Notably, another makeup artist also faced an emergency and was unavailable. I advise against booking with this service, as I was able to secure an appointment with Sephora, where the artist provided exemplary service at a lower cost.

I booked a thread and tint with Ashley P and I was super anxious but she was communicative through the entire time and told me step by step what her process was.
She asked if she could wax them instead and I told her yes. The wax was painless, not messy and she worked quick. When she was creating the dye she asked me my preference in darkness and found a color that I am more than happy with.
After the service, Ashley assisted me with other things that I needed such as finding me my foundation shade, a bronzer and more.
I love the experience I had and I will definitely be returning! ❣️

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Ulta store in Lisbon. Kim was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided us with exceptional service. We were very satisfied with the outstanding service and will definitely return. Thank you Kim!

Bought a 150$ perfume when offer stated came with a bag. Staff acted like they had no clue and asked “well does it say it comes with a bag?” Why would I mention it and lie, and are your staff not up to date on your offers for large purchases? Then said bag was out of stock. Why have offer up for an expensive product and not honor it.

Went tonight with my friends, we arrived at 730 just looking around for a little my friend was going to purchase something until the worker came up to us and negatively said "I hope you know we close in 4 minutes" mind you we where making our way out. I responded with "yes I know we are heading out right now" very nicely with a smile she then proceeded in an attitude manner responding with "you're welcome" while laughing and walking away! We were very bothered by this response from staff that we decided to not buy anything and just left. We were out of the store before 8. If you are open till 8 you still need to treat customers with respect until then. Or find another job. I understand that if you close at 8 you close at 8. But we still had plenty of time. No need to push us out

I couldn't get into my email to do the survey so I came here to say that Amanda was very helpful and I'm very excited to try the product she recommended me today. She was very informative of the return policy since the product she recommended wasn't exactly what I was looking for, which I'm very grateful for! She also got me excited to use a hair mask that I had picked out. Very good employee, enjoyed my experience!

Please don't trust your hair to fix or cut it. Now I can't even put my hair down. It's horrible. I ordered a layered haircut and everything is awful. I don't even know what this is, but as soon as I saw that the cut wasn't what I asked for, I just wanted to cry. Oh no, poor my hair, I preferred to walked away from this place. And when I got home to show the mess of my hair everyone laughed at how horrible this is, I think a little kid who is learning to cut would do better. Please someone recommend me a good place to fix this haircut urgently. I don't understand why if there are people who don't know how to do haircuts just say no instead of damaging people's hair and this is not funny. Never never never never coming back.

I’ve had poor service at Ulta all across America (I travel for work+ why are Ulta girlies so mean & inconvenienced by working?) and was ready to give up on Ulta all together after an awful customer service experience via their text & call option on a order I really needed which got severely messed up.I went into this store and AMBER made everything right single handedly, and in a way that portrayed that she was glad to help. I returned the following week and she greeted me kindly and assisted with my pick up order. Amber went out of her way to address the issue with my order, which wasn’t a simple or quick fix might I add.She is the only reason I’ll continue to shop with Ulta, and I will only shop at this location for that reason.I emailed customer service a stellar review regarding her service as well insisting she get proper recognition, I hope corporate does something positive for her per my request.Thank you so much Amber!X-Megan A

I was very disappointed in the customer service at ulta in Lisbon, CT. I purchased a concealer online for store pickup that read "in stock" online. I used my 20% off coupon (why I shopped there) and then my order was canceled. I then tried ordering it online and when I went to use my coupon, it stated it was already used. I then called the Lisbon ulta nicely explaining what happened and the girl (the one who canceled my order) was super rude on the phone telling me she can't give me a 20% off coupon. She told me to call guest services. I worked retail for years and I felt she was trying to get rid of me instead of trying to help me. If I were this employee, I would have tried ordering it online for the customer and found a way to offer the 20% off and possibly (if it was possible, offer free shipping for the inconvenience). After this, I will never take my business to that Ulta ever again.
