The person (Marvin) who helped us at Verizon in Lisbon, CT was very helpful. He was low key and listened to all of our concerns before recommending the iPro16 phones to us. He was also very helpful with follow up questions.

Jacob is the best , I tried to switch Sims with Verizon online and they lost communication with me and left me in a limbo about a phone service came to the store he couldn't get into your account we call customer service and they tried and tried and couldn't get me connected instead I have to wait 24 hours well I was on the phone with customer service he managed to get into my account manually put the IMEI number in and he got me connected he tried really hard and he succeeded best customer service ever appreciate you Jacob

Nicole is probably one of the nicest people I’ve worked with, she made it so easy to upgrade my phone, what should have taken several hours, it was done in minutes, this is one of the best stores I’ve ever been to 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone that needs help with any electronics👍👍
