But in fact over the last couple of years we've taken our Ford truck in for servicing on several occasions and had good experiences without exception. The work we wanted was done quickly and correctly, apparently, and when the mechanics have suggested a specific repair, we've followed their advice to good benefit. The pricing for most recurring work is fair, and the end result has been very positive for us. We've not bought a vehicle here so we can't comment on the sale department, good or bad.”
