“Believe it or not I had a men's white business shirt emergency. My husband on the way down from MA to my mother's wake had forgotten his shirt! We were in Bristol and tried a brand name store, ugh. I knew R. Derwin was an option as family lived in town and were coming our way. I called and explained my situation. The woman (I believe Marisa?) couldn't have been more helpful. I needed a slightly unusual size, but we had purchased from them in the past. She pulled out two shirts (on sale by the way) and explained the difference in size and I chose the one that I believed would work, it did. Then of course I had to ask "since he needs to put this on right away for the wake - is it wrinkled?' She said no worries, she would steam it for me and hang it up. I arranged for my nephew to pick up. Yes, it is a pricey store (we purchased a much more expensive shirt about a year prior and it is by far the nicest shirt my husband has) but the quality and service are outstanding. Thank you.”
