Pitiful excuse for a pharmacy. Called to check if my prescription is ready automated service said “three being processed” once I get here. The women at the counter lets me know that there’s none ready for me and that she can only see what’s on her computer. Then why did YOUR automated service tell me they were processed. They had been open for over an hour by then. Had to show them my paperwork from urgent care then magically they saw three that needed to be filled. I’m very sick right now and their lack of communication and customer service is disgusting. I will certainly be looking for another pharmacy

CVS has gone downhill. I'm not sure if the female with shoulder-length hair & glasses is a pharmacist or employee. Definitely not someone I want to know. I walked up to pharmacy counter, ignored by all. 1 female on the phone, 2 females at the other end o the counter chatting & the female w/shoulder lenght hair & glasses. I inquired as I was smiling. "Is anyone working the counter?"Shoulder length hair & glasses responded " it will be a minute " I replied "it's been a minute"Shoulder length hair & glasses charges over "what did you say?!" The snark was palatable. I softly replied(I have found yelling at bullies/aggressive humans escalates their behavior, speaking softly tends to unnerve the bullies/aggressive humans & tends to de-escalate or disarm them) "it's already been a minute" She stormed off & a lovely & polite young woman immediately helped me. Thank you for that.I reported it to the manager. I have my own business. I understand fully what quality customer service is, CVS pharmacy no longer does.Time to switch to Walgreens.

Pharmacy supposed to open at 10am. Pharmacist was not there to open. They said the person was on their way...approximately another 20 minutes. Everyone in line left. Very poor service for a company this size. No excuse for being late. Noone else to cover

The store is always immaculate and there are always great bargains. They have a good selection of electronic accessories as well such as sd cards, prepaid phone cards, computer accessories like mice, some popular printer inks, flash drives, etc. Tons of candy and food items, and an in-store photo kiosk. Lots of greeting cards and an ATM. Pharmacy also located in -store.

Sadly I was personally attacked at this cvs I left the store in distress and shaking the check out lady was screaming in the store and singly Pointed me out while I was picking up a prescription she had a very nasty attitude towards me I begged her to please be kind she was accusing me of parking in the handicap spot then while she was checking out a customer she ran behind me and proceeded to follow me to my vehicle and banged on my car many times while screaming at me I am now truly suffering from traumatic distress from that incident! This place needs new staff or needs to be shut down she is lucky I did not call the police and press charges. I will be going else where to pick up my prescription such a shame!

After looking in the vitamin aisle for awhile myself, I asked one of the pharmacist staff - who saw me looking in and coming from the vitamins - where I might find Zinc. He basically rolled his eyes at me and said “in the vitamins”. Like, gee, thanks so much for your kind help. I told him I wasn’t able to find it and he still didn’t offer help. Useless.

Missarable pharmacy staff who can't do basic things like keep medication in stock. They don't even call to tell you they can't fill it... They just do nothing at all... Now going through extreme withdrawals from a neuropsych med because they have my perscription but don't have any of pills to fill it. Ive been going here for the past 5 yrs and have it filled every 90 days. Figure out how to maintain your inventory!!!

Time for an update - and we still have only praise for the pharmacy, especially during the urgency and stresses of the pandemic. This group has performed well; they've mostly had good attitudes and stayed positive, filling prescriptions quickly, responding to questions (and we've had a lot) and proven really helpful when our family has confronted some serious insulin-related issues. The pharmacist has been smart and professional. We've had fewer dealings with the rest of the store, which has a decent stock and reasonable staff. But if were just the pharmacy we'd go for four stars. (The parking lot is a bit narrow and can get crowded, and recently one woman drove her car through a wall - not the fault of CVS, however.)
