All the tellers are dissabled you ask for big bills you get$200in $20s and 3 $10s you ask for 3 $100s and 2 $50s you get 8 $50s and when asked they say they dont have them only 20s thats why they do that. Imaginr taking out $3000 and it given to you in $20 cause the bank dont carry big bills according to them

extremely rude when I called to ask a simple question about how long it takes for checks to clear in a respectful way. spoke to me like I was stupid because I had a simple question and then refused to help me at all when the question was not resolved and did not give me any idea which way to go further to resolve the issue that I was having with their bank.use Litchfield Bancorp if you want your money to be delayed, poor service, and be treated like you are four years old. don’t expect quick service or quick problem solving for issues that you have with this bank

Litchfield Bancorp is one of the reasons I love living in this town. They have top notch customer service and there have been multiple occasions when they have truly gone above and beyond for our family. Despite the feel of a small town bank, they offer all the services and conveniences of a larger bank. I wholeheartedly recommend Litchfield Bancorp.

We've been with Litchfield Bancorp for almost 30 years now. The bank is very efficient and has super personnel working for them. They all know their jobs and perform them very well. Also, they are all likeable people and treat their customers courteously.

Is this the worst bank in the world? No, I couldn't say that it is. There are pain points like their low interest rates that are an industry-wide issue. But there is otherwise a lot of room for improvement. They advertise on being community oriented, and as a customer I suppose that's true, as long as what you need is during their bankers business hours. It's not terribly convenient if you work those same hours unless you want to barrel over first thing on a Saturday morning. They don't always open new windows even if there's a line of customers, there's no online assistance to speak of - I emailed through their online banking system to report a lost debit card on a Sunday, they emailed back to tell me to call and otherwise took no action. They began charging fees on their savings account which took me by surprise, and I was told I should have known by reading the fine print in a contract I signed two years prior. From a customer service perspective, it would have been greeted much better if they had put in an automatic reminder because, you know, a lot of things happen in two years that have also required my attention. But generally, things are status quo and unexciting.

I find that all the help is very professional and friendly they all help and make you feel welcome when you come in for help.I usually deal with Tiffney and Mickey but all the others are also great, I am very happy being a customer at Litchfield Bancorp.

Almost two weeks of trying to get fraudulent paypal charges removed from my account. Not only are they still there, now I have new ones for greater amounts of money being stolen. No return calls and no replies to transaction inquiries!
