I have always enjoyed my visits to the LH wine market, especially when Michael is in the shop. They carry an extensive selection of wines from various regions. The staff's knowledge was impressive and they have a wide variety of options, we especially like the local labels they carry. I only give it 4 stars because I find the prices a bit higher than at other local shops.

Very nice wine shop with good selection, fair prices and very helpful service. Owners and their staff seem knowledgeable and were open to ordering any other selections they didn't have in stock. Will definitely keep going there.

The Litchfield Hills Wine Market not only offers a great selection of wines, but their staff, Mike & Stephanie, are very helpful and knowledgeable. Our favorite wine shop in Litchfield County!

I have never been to this store. BUT I have sent wine from this store to Connecticut friends on numerous occasions. The staff is always so helpful and picks out “a mix of reds and whites” or “a Prosecco variety.” My friends have been very happy with the selections and I’m confident that I’ve sent a nice gift. Next time I’m in Litchfield, I’m making a stop here!

Visited this shop to pick up a case of wine we ordered from an Italian wine tasting dinner we attended at a restaurant in the same complex in October. This market provided the wines for the event. Our case was on the floor with other boxes and customers went through it while it waited for us to pick it up so a couple of our bottles were missing, but the owner was helpful in substituting other labels that were comparable to the ones we ordered at the tasting.The package store itself is as good looking a structure as one can be in a true New England country style way. Regular customers must be happy to frequent it. As its name implies, there is a large stock of wine here and a variety of spirits. Large selection of champagne and sparkling wine plus spirits from local distilleries. They did not currently have a bottle of Gewurtzraminer wine on hand we were going to add to our order to pair with the upcoming Thanksgiving turkey, but he said he'd order some and agreed that was a good choice to have with the meal. If in the area, definitely worth stopping in.

Quite limited but decent selection of wines; however, customer service is lacking. I was completely ignored by the proprietor/owner (?) while I was looking for a specific Malbec as he discussed in a very hushed tone some unrelated personal issue.

Great people, great selection expect to pay great prices. Not certain they are not up charging during the pandemic since you cant go in the store.

Visiting the Wine Market during the fun that is Covid-19 was an interesting experience - they were prepared, at the door, with gloves on to pull whatever people needed and prevent the virus spread. Despite the seriousness of what I assume is a change in their normal business practice, the employees were smiling and friendly, and made the shopping experience enjoyable. Prices were very reasonable, and although they don't have a huge selection of mini-liquor bottles they had everything I needed.
