After waiting for an alignment, I was told that my tie rods were frozen so he can only perform the alignment on one side!! Makes no sense and my wheel alignment was worse than before. My steering wheel sat 10 degrees to the left causing immense uneven tire wear. If my tie rods were frozen you should have not completed the alignment and sent me on my way. Instead you wanted to make a couple bucks and performed a half of an alignment.

I'm suing them.I took my truck in to have broken exhaust studs fixed and headers installed was quoted $1200 and when I picked up the truck it was over $2000.They are thiefs. They never called to say it would be more work or more money, and what they claimed was more work was the broken exhaust bolts which was the reason the truck went there in the first place.See you in court thiefService: Exhaust

I was referred here by TireRack to install 4 new tires. Scheduled an appointment with the understanding I will need to wait for the car. I was assured it will be 2hrs. Arrived at 8am on time on the appointment day. Waited and waited, until I was told I needed brakes on my X3 and it will cost an additional $1700. I declined it. So it was just mount/ balance 4 tires with an alignment. To do this it took 4 hrs with no explanation why it took so long. I am no mechanic, but i know it doesn't take 5 hrs to do tires and alignment. They knew i was there waiting in the hot lobby and didn't keep me updated. This poor service. Not using them again.Services: Tires

I’ve gone here a few times on different occasions with different vehicles, never had a negative experience, Alignment i had done the other day is awesome it turned off the service stablitrak and service traction like i was told it should, car no longer pulls, I recommend rons they are professional, It is probably better if you can just drop your car off and pick it up later though

I had my car towed here because it was close and open, and went thousands of dollars into credit card debt to pay for all the repairs they told me I needed. Now, I'm told by another mechanic that some of the work done was incorrect and unnecessary, and other work was so haphazard and shoddy that it was an electrical fire waiting to happen. They overcharged me and almost killed me.

Scheduled an appointment and showed up early just to have them come back 5 minutes later to say they couldn't figure out how to get my car on the lift. Walked outside and my car had not even been moved. Fortunately I ended up getting the work done for almost half the price somewhere else. They didn't seem to care to even have my business. Ended up hearing a lot of similar stories about them.Update. 2 weeks later my tenants had their oil done here and they figured out a way to screw it up. Luckily he made it in the driveway before the last of the oil leaked out in the driveway. Dudes a retired vet and doesn't even know where to get decent service anymore.

After a long day of showing homes in the area I wasn't familiar with Ron's auto but I heard good things and was not dissapointed. They took care of my car and I had an oil change and a tire alignment and they didn't charge an arm or a leg. I would defintely trust them again with my business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my car in because the air in my car stopped blowing, I told them I had recently replaced the blower motor. They called me a few hours after opening and told me they checked the replaced part and it was working fine, and then they tested the relay switch and it wasn't operating, so they ordered the part and replaced it a few days later when it came in. When I picked up my car, the bill was over $100 more than I was expecting, and when I questioned it I was told it was because of the diagnosis fee, not thinking anything of it I paid it and left. Later when thinking on it, I recalled that any time I've ever taken my car in to any other garage, they waive that fee as long as it's fixed at that garage. When calling back to make sure it wasn't a mistake and ask additional questions about it, the girl was wildly rude and interrupting before a sentence could be finished. To be clear this wasn't a "Karen" situation, there was absolutely no need to be so rude. She also claimed that it took them an entire day to diagnose the issue with my car so that's why the fee wasn't waived, which can't possibly be the case seeing as they called me about 4 hours after opening that day with the diagnosis, not to mention it doesn't take an entire day to test a blower motor and relay switch, which was all that was tested. So long story short, they were fine in terms of literal service, but their customer service and pricing is sorely lacking. Had the diagnostic fee been mentioned before handing me a bill I would have taken my car elsewhere, and the bad attitude of whoever answers the phone there is enough for me not to want to go back there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't recommend this place, work paid for was not done.Took my car there for 4-wheel alignment because of excessive tire wear. The work was not done properly and it cost me a set of tires. They perform the alignment and because the tires were not safe they noted it on the paperwork, as they should. After replacing all four tires, the rear tires burned off again.Took the car to another place to be checked and found the rear alignment had not been done because the adjusters wear frozen.I returned to Ron's automotive and was given a lot of excuses from the receptionist. So I wrote a nice email and got a positive response from the owner. I returned with the car for a redo and was given misinformation by the owner as to repairs that were needed. AND he missed the repair that was needed. From Ron's I went to another garage and had the 4-wheel alignment. There I was shown I need a lower control arm and rear coil spring was weak. That the alignment was within .1 degree of spec. I will return and have the repairs done here.I know Ron's is capable of doing repairs correctly. For whatever reason someone there is not doing the job expected, this raises safety concerns.I don't recommend Ron's...Service: Wheel alignment

I've had an aluminum dump body built, a custom wide I-pack fabricated, a custom hitch plate made, all new lighting, the cab painted and bought an aluminum 10k trailer all in one place. Top notch work, highly recommended.

Place is an absolute rip off. They will just write an invoice for whatever price they feel. Do not trust these Raggy mechanics, no wonder they sell junk snow plows and truck bodies
