Great gym! It’s very well maintained. All the machines are clean and the weights are organized. Although it’s not the biggest space, they’re got a great selection of machines, benches, squat racks, and free weights. Customer service here is great, and they have a friendly staff who is easy to work with.

BE AWARE!
They only take your debit card for payment
1. They charge $35 bi-weekly with a ONE-YEAR agreement, so you HAVE to pay until it ends.
2. If there's an issue with the payment, you lose access until you update it.
3. Despite being locked out and unable to use the facility, you still get charged for that period.
4. If you want to cancel the membership, you need to mail a letter to the office.
5. The office is often closed during the day.
6. They haven’t refilled the wipes for more than a week.
7. The bathroom soap dispenser has been broken for months, so there’s no soap when you wash your hands.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - None. The biggest problem this health club has , nobody returns phone calls and nobody picks up the phone to follow up with appointments. They should be counting the number of phone calls coming in versus the number of returned calls and the time difference between them. Most people will only call one time so if you’re looking for new members answer the phone. How do I know: My future son-in-law called a couple of times to see the gym and heard nothing! Dead silence.
Re: owner reply-Try assuming contact attempts were during normal business hours 9am-5pm and then insert my comment and then reply. I would only expect replies during 9-5pm not middle of night. Lol

Worse anytime fitness I been to so far. Was passing through to take a quick shower. The sink water works perfectly fine in both shower rooms. Can't say the same for the actual shower head. Water slowly drips out like someone turns off the flow pressure of the water.

Anytime Fitness Madison discriminates against Senior Citizens. They are no longer a part of Silver Sneakers. This shows lack for respect for older citizens. They should be promoting health and fitness for everyone. They were receiving monthly fees paid automatically by Insurance companies.
Will you be refunding the fee for the badge required at signup? You ended the contract it was not on behave of the patrons. You should be sending return checks to all previous sneaker patrons. I should be a given. I had to pay another fee to my new gym.

Excellent gym, great group of people that go there. Krista and Art and Ava and all the other trainers are fun and cool.They are constantly working to improve and get equipment that people actually want.Perfect environment.

Amazing gym! Love the atmosphere of the gym and the staff is absolutely fantastic! Super personable, kind, and hardworking. They are always very attentive and helpful to all members! Would highly recommend to all new and experienced people looking for a great gym! Grace as well as Krista are especially helpful and provide excellent assistance to the team! Very clean and friendly gym!
