Although it’s not the biggest space, they’re got a great selection of machines, benches, squat racks, and free weights. Customer service here is great, and they have a friendly staff who is easy to work with.”
“I’m not an early riser but getting up for my gym appointment is always a pleasure. I get in my exercise, talk with fine and interesting gym mates, welcome input from our wonderful team and then treat myself to a coffee. Can’t get better than that!”

“I joined MoJoe’s Gym (Guilford CT location) about a year ago on a whim after turning 40, and it’s truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Luke was an incredible first trainer, especially as I was recovering from a major surgery — he eased me into a routine in a way that felt supportive, fun, and motivating. For the past six months, I’ve been training with Brian, who has been exceptional; he’s brought in agility and movement work tailored to my tennis goals, which has noticeably improved my game, while also helping me establish and reach meaningful fitness and nutrition goals.
