I'm building a pergola with a friend, and he recommended getting our supplies from this yard because they deliver statewide. The entire experience was excellent—from placing the order to their prompt replacement or credit for a warped or damaged board, no questions asked. This is a top-notch, old-fashioned lumber yard, and I will definitely recommend them to others.

The last locally owned lumber yard in Madison. Large selection of quality materials,and employees that don't mind helping you . Maybe I could save a few bucks going to a big box, but the extra time,gas and aggravation aren't worth it. Support your local businesses.

Although they had the sliding door we wanted and had it installed. Here I am waiting an additional 14 weeks so far for the sliding screen door to come in. Service there is terrible as well as no communication at all, I had to do all the communication. Also want to add on 07/18/22 still have no answer on this door. No phone calls or anything. Lowes has better customer service that this.

I love this place. I had never been here before, but I think I'll start going there more. They were very nice and helpful; they had all the lumber I needed for my projects; and the facilities felt open, clean, and vintage. Highly recommend this place for any of your lumber projects.
