I had the best experience buying a car here!! Everyone I met with was very informative, understanding, not pushy, and thrilled to help me. I felt like a part of their family! I would recommend 10/10 and I don't plan on going anywhere else for a car!!

I purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Madison Jeep back in 2016. While the experience was fine at that time, I can no longer recommend them. I sold my Grand Cherokee in 2022, and ever since, have received calls, texts, and email reminders for maintenance. I have texted back requesting to unsubscribe from notices. Emailed multiple times asking to have my phone number removed from their alert system. Called SEVERAL times asking to have my number removed, both on the service department side, and on the sales side. Last month, I even went as far as speaking with the owner of the dealer, who assured me I would no longer receive calls. ... Well, one came again this morning. If you want to be harassed till the end of your days, buy your car and get it serviced here. In the meantime, I've contacted Madison PD.

Brandon & his team went above and beyond for me when it came to buying a new car, once he said "if I don't have it on my lot I can get it for you in 72 hours", I knew I was in good hands. I let him know what I was looking for and he delivered in 2 days. Anytime I have a question about the car, he answers right away and will send a video on how to do it! I will be coming back here in the future.

Went here to buy out my lease (that I leased from them) & got Lawrence, who seemed agitated from the get-go, was extremely dismissive, wouldn't look up my buyout price or my account info, & then pulled a ballpark estimate out of his a$$ of what my interest rate & monthly payment would be without even knowing my exact buyout price or running any numbers or my credit history, and before knowing if I was putting anything down or what I wanted the loan duration to be. He did not plug one key into his computer to do any research, he just sat there & watched me rifle through my paperwork trying to find all of the info for him. I told him I could get a lower interest rate than what he was estimating through my bank and he immediately shut down the conversation and said they would not process the sale if I was using my own bank. I was in his office no more than 5 mins before he shuffled me out telling me to call my lease servicer to do the sale and that I could come back afterward so they could handle the registration, etc., although the lease servicer told me I had to visit a dealership to complete the sale. I felt like he was trying to strong-arm me being a woman that is trying to look out for my own financial interest. I had spoken to the dealership about the buyout months ago when I brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and the mgr was very helpful & I was told to come in when the lease was up. I told them at that time that I was going to shop around for interest rates first because they're so high right now and they were understanding and did not imply that they could not process the sale if I went with another bank. I have purchased cars in the past at other dealerships using my own bank without any issues, so I was left feeling like my business is not worth it to them anymore because they're not getting as much money as they could out of me. I have left messages for the mgr to call me to talk about this but my calls have gone unreturned. I was a loyal customer and have recommended them to everyone, but will not do so anymore because it appears they no longer care about their loyal customers if they're not getting enough money out of them.

Always superb service! I had some major work done a few weeks ago, and I was given a ride home by someone in sales, and later that day, my car was delivered to my house in time for me to pick up my kids from school. Just this morning, a sliding door on my minivan came off the track, I called Madison Chrysler in a panic, and within 15 minutes, someone was at my house and fixed it in about 2 seconds. I’m blown away!

This dealership has been around for decades- My mother bought her first vehicle here, my grandparents and uncle purchased vehicles over the years, my sister purchased 2 now from them, and so I’ve followed suit. My mother bought hers from Mike, who is still there today- and I bought mine from Brandon Ruberti whose family owns it!Madison Chrysler is Family owned and operated- in every sense of the word. Not only does a great family of great people own and run it, but your car buying experience will be nothing far from stellar. From start to finish.I was in the market at first for a 4Runner, and was treated quite poorly by the salesmen at the dealership I went to looking at one. Was treated like I was almost short of homeless and told I had no money and was barely taken seriously.So, I took my not very big, but still worth something, downpayment to the people I know down at Madison Chrysler- Where I was treated 5 star right away. We found me the right car, certified with a pretty good warranty- I did opt for the extended one to be safe. I purchased A beautiful pre owned 2019 Durango with all the bells and whistles I wanted and none that I didn’t. They cleaned it up, let me test drive it, I bothered my salesmen, Brandon, all hours of the day and he was nothing but awesome, Knowledgeable and responsive as well. He asked me all sorts of questions and did everything in his power to find me a car I wanted in my price range. If you want a close Knit small family feel when you’re buying your first new car- I highly recommend going here. No cathedral ceilings. No white walls. Just a small town shoreline family feel. They made me feel just as important as a customer that can walk in off the street and pay for a car in all cash- No pushy tactics, no feeling like you’re wasting their time, no strange attitudes or vibes from them. Take a visit when you’re in the market! You won’t be disappointed!Loving my new (to me) Durango!! Thanks guys!!

Everyone in the department here was so kind and so helpful. Brandon helped us find a new car within our budget and always was communicating with us anytime of the day for whatever questions we had. He suggested so many different cars and ideas and he really made sure we got everything we wanted/needed. We would highly recommend this dealership and the people working there! This was my first experience with Madison Jeep Chrysler and I found the process of buying a new car very professional, courteous and helpful throughout from the time I first came in to explore options to the time of delivery of my new car. Ken Duffy my sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing options and keeping me informed. The actual delivery of the car was a smooth process and all the features explained fully . Mike the sales manager and Lawrence the business manager were also very helpful in the process.

I bought my Jeep in mid July of 2022 and had a great experience with Ryan. He is upfront and professional and communicated with me every step of the way and is still there when I need something. He is the star at Madison Chrysler Jeep. The service dept. is frustrating, disappointing, to deal with! They don't ever come through with the time that "they" committed too. Always excuses on why they can't get the work done in the time they promised. I don't know how they get repeat customers with they way they manage there service dept.
