“Many reasons to shop here! I used to not like the hardware store that Rings End is now in. The service was meh on a good day, now that Rings End is here it’s totally different! I’m a contractor and I went in to purchase epoxy floor coating for a clients garage. I was met with a helpful smile by Mike at the paint counter. He got me information on the product and helped me make an educated decision. I ended up ordering 4 gallons of the epoxy, roughly $500 worth. Mike expedited the process and got the order to come in the next day! There was a minor problem with the order and Mike took time out of his day to resolve the issue. Everyone I’ve met with at the Madison Rings End has been professional, well versed in products, and incredibly friendly and kind. I’ve found my new favorite spot to get supplies when I’m shopping for clients. Thanks Mike and thanks Ring’s End, I’ll be back soon!”
