The only criticism I have is that the signage is terrible with the facility blended into a small office park. There is nothing visible from the road so easy to pass by especially coming off of southbound i-95. Other than that, it was what you would expect from a Quest, automated, kiosks, no frills and no way to call.

The new automated check in has streamlined things. After checking in you can do your insurance information on your cell phone. Your place in line is noted on the television screen Oh, so you always know how long your wait will be. The phlebotomist are you experienced and efficient.
