Vicky was awesome. Very professional and kind and made me feel relaxed about the process. She got me in and out of there very quickly (and I was a walk-in).

HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME OF 1 PM!! A PERSON WAS SELECTED FOR SERVICE BEFORE ME WHO HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 1:30 PM, WHICH WAS BEFORE THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT OF 1:30 PM. IF THE ABOVE IS NORMAL, WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

I have visited multiple Quest locations across the US and Quest never disappoints. Very consistent with process. Only slightly varies with injection site result sometimes bruising even though I have very “easy” veins.
