“Outstanding customer service—I wish I could give 10 stars! I ordered replacement filters for a vacuum and discovered they weren’t the right size. Chad went way above and beyond and did some great detective work for me. He allowed me to return the filters, waived the restocking fee and even refunded the outbound shipping fee, which I was absolutely prepared to pay. I was so impressed with and grateful for their excellent customer service and I highly recommend them! Thank you Chad!”

“Our fridge broke & my partner and I found ourselves at best buy at 8pm on a Tuesday night. Tony had great customer service. He listened to what we needed (a smaller fridge due to space) while we had limited options he made sure to show us the fridges that could work for us and he was able to answer all the questions we had.
When we went to put in our order, our first choice was out of stock…with a 3 week wait time. Not only did Tony get us almost the exact same fridge by a different name brand company but he was also able to save us a few hundred dollars.

“Very convenient place to rent rarely used power tools. They are super helpful and will help you load and unload. The Home Depot app is also super convenient as it keeps track of inventory and lets you know how many of a particular tool they have, or if you have to look in a neighboring store.”
“Went in because I had a very clogged toilet and had already bought an auger at Lowes that did not work - it was too rigid to twist into the shape of the pipe. One of the employees saw me and suggested I not buy the one in my hand because he'd tried it and it didn't work. He helped me find a different one - Rigid brand ironically - and let me tell you, in less than 30 seconds my toilet was working again! He saved my day!”
