“Top Shelf All The Way! Dave and his family are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable about all things plants and flowers. Their hearts are in their business; it is so evident they love what they do. Now - their flowers! The BEST I have ever gotten. They are so beautiful and long lasting. I have trimmed them as needed and they just keep blooming. The first flower arrangement was so pleasing, my husband went and bought me a second for our anniversary. They last so much longer than other ones I have purchased from local plant places. I'm attaching photos. Every time I look out and see my flowers, I am happy! Is there a better recommendation than that? :) I plan to be back for my yearly flower arrangement. I will go nowhere else. “I happened to stumble upon this beautiful little shop what a hidden gem. I came in to replace a bonsai for my husband sadly he killed his by accident. I was able to find the same one but bigger and Victor was such a delight ! Answered all of my questions was super helpful and set up the bonsai so beautifully exceeded my expectations. “My second time coming to this tree farm and it's the absolute BEST place to get your tree in CT!!! Came here on Thursday to pick up a tree and the man was so nice! Showed me and my mom all the different types of trees, cut down a beautiful Douglas Fir fresh for us, trimmed it, wrapped it and tied it to our vehicle all free of charge! Excellent customer service and where I will be going to get my trees year after year!”

“Had a tremendous experience at this location, India and her co workers the customer care manager was exceptional to work with, she ensured that all my needs, cares were met before exiting the store. Their friendly nature and aim to provide solutions to problems should be a standard all customer service personnels must employ.
