Went to manchester, ct to shop at their store. I called because we couldn't find them. The answering machine said NOTHING about being closed, nor did it say they were relocating. There was no indication on the website that they were closing and relocating either. Very poor business!

Wish I could rate it less than 1. Visited the Manchester NH Store on 4/15/22, 3 people (Grandmother, Mother and young adult son). We were looking to purchase furniture for a living room, bedroom and dining room, complete furnishing for these rooms. Not financing but had actual cash on hand. We completely walked around the first level, took our time commenting on what we liked and discussed the apartment it was going in. Really took our time. Walked past the front desk with 3 employees behind the desk and 3 salespeople standing right near it. 1 customer was seated filling out paperwork. Not another person in the store. NOT one single employee said hello or acknowledged our presence, nothing! Totally ignored us. Took the elevator to the second level and walked all around, again taking our time. WE were literally there 45 minutes and, in that time, not one employee interacted with us. Totally horribly rude customer service. My guess is Ashley Home Store in Manchester NH does not need a cash paying customer to buy their furniture! I was shocked and amazed that the store employees just stood around doing absolutely nothing but chatting with each other. No wonder the parking lot was empty and there were no customers. Will NEVER step foot in that store again and will tell everyone how lacking the customer service is. Amazing that that store is still in business. Furniture was nice and the price was good but a friendly salesperson or a least someone that said a friendly greeting would have been nice. Worst customer service!

Location is moving but they managed to have what we wanted on sale due to moving! Also no where as busy as nearby competition, honesty not sure why but didn't feel rushed, upsold or lost in the store.

Bought living room set. Reclining love seat, couch and chair. Cheap as heck. Chair broke, only reason back is off ground is up against the window waiting for the other side of the live seat to collapse. Hope won't be a head injury like when then first half collapsed. When both sides of the l9ve seat break off, press board and metal btw, will call 1800 got junk to pick the whole bunch of crap up. Bought 3 years ago.

This is my second purchase at this store in the last 2 years . Michael has helped us each time. It’s always fun when you can be shopping for furniture but talking about martinis . Michael helped us with picking out the right furniture to meet our needs and I was able to help Michael learn how to make a dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives and onions. The customer service staff was great too. They were so helpful in making sure our order was in correctly. We will be back again

We ordered a bed a couple weeks ago, with the understanding that it would take up to 12 weeks to be delivered. Despite this, we were advised at checkout to call a couple days after ordering to check order status. This was told to us by the floor manager who handled our purchase AND by the cashier. We paid in full with a card. Today, my wife called and inquired about the order, as we were ADVISED TO DO, and the floor manager was extremely rude and condescending to her. I KNEW there was something off with this guy, and he just proved me right. We will be canceling this order and purchasing from Raymour and Flanagan instead.Beware of the “Bro” floor manager!

This place is the worst. We had ordered a furniture set in April.. they told us baby mid may it would get here. Then it turned into June.. then beginning of July.. then late July.. here we are the first week of July so I call for an update and they are telling me beginning of august.. like are you kidding!?! We have been months without a furniture set.. we had to buy a futon from Walmart in the meantime just so we have something to sit on. This place just keeps giving us the run around. And we can’t get a credit back either. Don’t waste your time here.

I would think twice before spending your hard earned money at Ashley Homestore. I purchased a patio set. Upon delivery 50% of the pieces were defective. The customer service representative advised to refuse delivery. They have no quality control on furniture they manufacture themselves. I asked for a refund and was told I have to pay a 25% restocking fee. What is there to restock when the furniture is defective. They are lacking in customer service skills and do not value the customer. How do you not value the people buying your products that keep you in business. I will never spend a dime of my money with this company.

Ordered a Dorsten Sleeper Sofa in March 2021, got an email saying it would be delivered 7/03/2021 and still have yet to sit on this couch. If I could give 0 stars I would, companies like this should not sell products if they do not have products to sell, this is just greed. Enough said!

The salespeople do not hover over you like in most furniture stores. Our associate was extremely helpful and helped us quite a bit. Thank you for a chill shopping experience.

One of their trucks just came FLYING down our road, and just about ran me and my dog off the road. The truck was driving a minimum of 45 mph around a sharp curve which is a 25 mph zone. What kind of employees do you have? I will never buy furniture there.

My boyfriend and I originally went in to find a leather sectional recline, we ended up walking out with couches and a patio set! Michael and Clint were so helpful and were able to give us a great deal. Very knowledgeable and pointed us directly to what works best for our lifestyle. Very happy with our purchase.

Loved the new sleeper couch that my boyfriend and I had gotten. Thanks to Michael and his hard work we got to take it home the same day. Michael was amazing, great salesman.
