Doesn't matter if you have an appt, it's first come first serve. Not enough associates, they could have cared less about me, so I left after 15 mins even though I had an appointment. Total bummer.

I had a very disappointing experience at the AT&T store in Manchester, CT yesterday. I went in to change my phone, expecting the process to be smooth, but it turned into a complete nightmare. We spent more than 3 hours there, only to receive little to no help from the staff.
The employees were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting us. At one point, the customer service representative told us she couldn’t help anymore because she was leaving early, even though the store was open until 8:00 PM. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, instead of addressing my concerns professionally, she yelled at me. This was completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a leadership position.
Overall, this was an awful experience, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. I expected better from AT&T, and I hope they address the lack of customer service at this location.

i would give Melissa and Curtis (Deming St. store in Manchester CT) more stars if that was an option. The help ea gave to me was understandable and easy to grasp. it wasn’t easy for me to go from a 3rd gen iphone to an iphone 12, it actually was quite confusing. But w/great patience and knowledge (way more than the Apple store itself) i actually understand it!
I will ALWAYS stay with AT&T for my service and my go store for my iphone needs!!!

I had a problem that I was trying to resolve. The immediate response from the sales team was to chastise me. They continued to be rude and insensitive to my situation. They refused to offer any kind of solution. They just seemed to want to condescend to me over my situation. The manager finally offered a possible solution to resolve my issue

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. We were with Verizon and T-Mobile. AT&T helped us switch to 3 new AT&T lines the same day. Great service. Saved us $200 on our monthly bil!

At 11 o’clock today my husband and I went into the AT&T branch on 172 Deming street Manchester, Ct. The prior week I purchased a new IPhone. I Had an issue pairing it with my Apple Watch. There were five AT&T associates in this branch today, I asked for assistance and was greeted with silence, then one woman spoke up and mentioned she has a client/ Call? In three minutes and asked me to come back. I asked if the other four associates could help. Still silence…. This branch for sure needs a refresher on customer service!! I walked out went to the Buckland mall branch and a wonderful young lady by the name of “Destiny” was super helpful. She apologized for the awful treatment I experienced. And she took Five minutes to address my issue. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid the Deming street branch in Manchester. Five associates and that’s how they handle a walk in.
