I'm finally back in the gym on a schedule. Thanks to Joey (owner), I'm on the right track to my fitness goals and I actually enjoy the workouts! Joey is a great trainer, patient yet encouraging and tailors the work out to find what works best. Highly recommended.

Joey is a great trainer to work with. He pushes you, but knows your limits. I love the variety of workouts he designs. I've been working out with Joey for about a year and a half and have only repeated workouts a handful of times. Joey also has an upbeat personality which helps to make me want to work out. I would definitely recommend him!

Joey is the best trainer I've worked with! He understands where I've been, where I am presently and where I want to be, and he's helping me get there. On days when I don't have a lot to give he adapts the work outs to meet me at my energy level. I used to look at working out as a necessary evil but he's helped me change that view, as well as how I view myself!

I've been fighting the diet and weight issue for years. I've tried different workouts and diets. I've tried for over a year to find a personal trainer, and non of them returned any of my calls. And then I stumbled upon Backman Fitness. I left a message for Joey and he called me back in a few short hours. We made an appointment to meet, and has turned out to be one of the best decision I've ever made. Joey is amazing. We discussed my fitness and weight goals, and I've already reached my goal weight and I'm still loosing! I've gone from a size 8 to a size 4 since the beginning of January. He's accommodating, enthusiastic, and pushes me just the right amount. He's even gotten me to enjoy running! I highly recommend Backman Fitness! Again, the best decision I've made this year!!

Joey Backman is a wonderful trainer. He comes to my place of employment so it is easy to work out. He has a different workout each week which keeps it from getting boring. He strikes the right balance between pushing us to do our best and making the workouts doable. I have neck problems and he is really good at modifying my exercises so I don't hurt myself. Best of all, Joey is kind, encouraging and funny. The time goes by quickly and I have been surprised by my improvement since I started working with him a little over two months ago. I highly recommend him!

Joey Backman is a wonderful trainer. He comes to my place of employment so it's easy to work out. His sessions are challenging but doable. He knows how to push without being unreasonable. I have seen a huge improvement in my fitness since I started working out with him a little over 2 months ago. I have neck issues and he is really good at modifying exercises to fit my needs. Best of all, he is kind and funny. He keeps exercise from being boring. I highly recommend him!
