Getting a hold of them and making an appointment to see a car was challenging because they always seem to be "at an auction" or "going to get a car". When you finally do arrive, there's nowhere to park and you have to just make a space for your car blocking others in near the auto shop in the back. There was no pressure to buy which was nice but once we chose one, it felt like he was talking fast and a bit disorganized, even creating the registration in error and having to redo it right as we were about to drive away. I was helping my 74 year old mom buy a used car and she couldn't keep up with what was going on and what we were talking about. The price seemed fair though and the car ran fine until a deer totaled it. I had purchased a warranty for my mom and now that it's void, just a few months after purchasing the car, the warranty company tells me we need to work through Best Auto to get some of my money back. 10+ voice messages were left and I even drove over there once and there was no one there. We would've bought a replacement car there if they cared at all about past customers. We can't get a hold of anyone now and we're very frustrated because we are owed money.

I got my car ford escape here, everything was good on 6 months but after my motor went i put the motor on and 3 months later my lower chassis broked to now my transmission shot this is the worst car i got there

About 6 years ago we bought 2 car from this dealer under the old management we never had a any problems with the cars.About a month ago we took a car for a road text while I was driving the car a 2016 Ford explorer color black I noticed a clong every time I took a turn we told the dealer about and they said that although the check the car they can't find the noise two weeks after we bought the car the noise was back they mechanic said that was the power steering rack we tried for 3 weeks to have the dealer change the part but they can keep giving us the round around yesterday I took the car to the dealer to have the part replaced the said that the were to keep the car for 2 days today I called to see if the car was ready and they told my wife that the have to work in the car for 4hours this job according to the book flat rate is 3 hours.I will not recommend this dealer to anyone Z that is suppose to be Muslim will lie to his teeth NO GOOD FOR BUSINESS

They deserve no stars at all my truck broke down the day I drove off the lot! It's been there since yet I'm stuck paying for a vehicle I'm not driving! Its been 5 months they block every number i call from. So much more....

I could not be more satisfied with my experience at this establishment. Under new management, they have not been open for long. However, everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful and incredibly professional. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection and drove off the lot feeling more than satisfied. Their collection of vehicles are all desirable with a price point for everyone, and each of them are incredibly well maintained. I would suggest Best Auto Sales to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car.

Getting our Jeep on Saturday. The new owners are awesome and very polite gentlemen. They do everything they can to get you into the vehicle of your dreams. Would definitely recommend these gentlemen to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle.

Just bought a car from here and it’s wonderful, it’s the nicest car I’ve driven, both men we worked with were beyond wonderful and accommodating, this was my first time buying a car from a dealer and taking out a loan and they did everything they could to work with me and get me into a great car. Very happy with all their help and service, I definitely recommended!!!

Bought a car from them and they didn’t fix any of the safety issues beforehand as promised. It sways like crazy on the highway and it’s unsafe to drive. They were supposed to repair the seatbelt and never did. Check engine code came on after driving it home. Bunch of crooks who are refusing to fix it. Avoid avoid avoid! I will be filing a dealer complaint with DMV. I don’t trust them to fix it.

Terrible service. Yes, most car dealers are crooks, ( in my opinion), but these guys are the WORST. The car I bought started off solid but very soon after buying, problems. The business is super unprofessional and not personable, at all!
